Well, the time has finally come for me to share with all of you my newly painted rec room. We live near Indianapolis, and as you might have guessed, we are fans of our hometown football team. The Colts are front and center with our new Colts Fatheads. We ordered them some time ago knowing that we wanted to make our upstairs rec room a perfect place to hang out, watch football, and play video games. They came perfectly packaged, rolled and protected, in sturdy cardboard tubes. Each came complete with step by step instructions on how to apply them to the walls. I was impressed at how easy they were to position and reposition. Don’t worry, the largest pieces come in two parts for ease of application. The two parts match perfectly and look awesome on the wall. Much to my surprise, the Fatheads came with tons of accessory pieces as well including the player’s name, smaller player pieces, and logos for both the team and the NFL.

At my house, I always keep a stash of party supplies. Specifically, I love to have napkins for every occasion. I keep napkins with flowers, hearts, fruits, and every holiday on hand for lunch boxes, special lunches, and picnics. Now that it is football season, I need to stock up on my NFL napkins and plates.

All year long my family waits for the opening day of the NFL season, and it is not because they are big football fans. It is because they are big FOOD fans and football day means great food at our house. I love to make trays of veggies, fruits, dips, crackers, and other gameday treats. Today I want to share with you one of our family favorite recipes, Fruit Dip. The dip is simple to make and contains only four ingredients–cream cheese, marshmallow, cinnamon, and vanilla.
