if you have the time, keep at it. i got in one last night, and another one at 5 this am. the survey itself runs well, but it will take about 3 mins to get the congrats page after hitting submit on your last page. it will work, it's just slow

i got both done very early this morning. sorry - not the answer you probably wanted to hear. all i can suggest is to keep trying as they will hopefully add more surveys as the day goes on. will keep my fingers crossed for you that you get your ds and sm surveys today. have a wonderful day.:sunshine:

Thanks Marcy for the kind words. I did not try until after 9a, I know from seeing your posts, that early am for you is around 5am. Was it back to normal for you, not slow like the last couple of days. I got my no real quick today. I also got my credit for yesterday, GF always took long weekends after the holiday. I guess since it uploaded and GF is owned by someone else now they have to work. Thanks again for letting me know.:thanks:

it was a little slow in accessing a survey but once in the survey itself it moved pretty quickly. i did have to wait a short while for the congrats page for both the ds and the sm surveys. HTH and you are very welcome. have a great weekend.:sunshine:

Got one about a new environmentally friendly household cleaner, not too long. Yest., I didn't have a chance to try until 8pm, and was in the middle of a nice tea survey, taking my time, being thoughtful & honest, when suddenly I got kicked out!!:confused: I had been accepted quite some time earlier in the survey to go on, and was mystified that suddenly I got the no surveys for you page. Huh?! Whatever. I just decided to go ahead and skip and go to bed!! Glad I got a nice one today.

I got one quite easily this AM on a drink. DH takes them for me though and he is a 39 year old white male- I do think that helps in how often I am able to get one. I know when I used to do them, a long time ago (before the debacle) as myself, it was VERY difficult to get daily surveys, as I think caucasian women in their 30s or so are their most common demographic? Keep trying!! :sunshine:

I read that post at I was trying to remember, I think it was mircrosoft that bought them in the beginning of the summer. AlsoI remember that they were not interested in the surveys part of GF. It did change when they work, I notice over the last few holidays. I am still trying to get one for the day. Good luck everyone.

This just happened in a SM survey, but just in case it comes up in a DS I'll mention it here. I got into a home storage container survey, and just as it got good, there was a red note to "hide before launch", with no question but already filled in choices. I cracked up b/c I hadn't seen an unfinished survey in awhile, clicked on the arrow button, and was of course disqualified.

So if you get into that survey, know it's not totally finished, and if you see the "hide before launch" it probably won't finish for you.

It wasn't really that far into it, but it was after you found out what products/ideas they were talking about, once my curiousity was piqued. : ) So it was frustrating. :)

I think they still have to "reset" from the weekend. I had a few options yesterday but could never qualify for one all day. DH couldn't get a SM survey either. That's the first time in a long time that neither one of us could get one. I just tried and now I'm down to just one option and nothing else is available.

Now I am bummed. I completed a survey on the 26th and another one earlier in the month but didn't get credit which means I missed the $6 survey credit by one survey. I knew that it would be down to the wire when I wasn't able to qualify for a few days but to know you completed 25 but only got credit for 23 is a bummer. At least I got the $18.40 for the ones that did credit and the $3 bonus so it is still over $20 for the month.

I cleaned up my computer and did a delete of everything, and more choices came up.

I did one on gum, and the company thanked me on the last page. But when it went to Sunshine, I got the "did not qualify page".

Tried again, and it asked me if I ate at any resturant on Sunday, the 30th of Nov. Luckily, I took Callie out for Chinese for lunch and I picked up a coffee for her at Starbucks. I got the congradulations page.

I just completed a DS on a new horror movie. I really dislike these kinds of movies so completing the survey was difficult. It even asked me at the beginning which movies I like and I chose all but horror. Seems like they did that on purpose. I did get the congrats page though.

I've refreshed (it allows me to!) and I can see the choices and checkboxes for a tiny moment, but when the page is done loading, they are gone. This sucks. You all know how LONG those car surveys are, and to be close to the end means I've been at this for quite awhile.

Well, I left that car survey. Have the info from the page and the URL all ready to report, but greenfield has been snarky with me the last few times I've reported, telling me they can't do anything without the survey ID number that I would have gotten from the "invitation". I told them I do them through SR and don't HAVE an invitation page but they don't seem to care. Harumph.

But happily I did get through another survey, another long one, but I got the congrats page. Whew.

I had that one also this morning. Since Monday I've had a problem with just I.E errors in general and mainly when I try to access SR. DH took a SM survey yesterday and it was going along fine until it should have gone to the SR congrats page it was an I.E error. Didn't credit so later he tried again same thing. I would think it was just the survey if it wasn't for the fact that I'm getting I.E errors all over the place with SR. Trying to open offers, shop etc. Once I get through to the company I'm fine.

Keep trying! The same thing happened to me then suddenly I had options again. I just completed a relatively painless one on credit cards.

Yes, you can always find what the bonus is for the month on the daily survey page. For December it's the high/low bonus structure:

8 surveys = 1.00
14 surveys= 3.00
24 surveys = 6.00

My guess is that they don't have anything loaded this early. YOu might want to wait a little later in the morning to try to take surveys instead of frustrating yourself.

I had the same problem today I took three DS survey's and they were all very long and none of them went back to the SR congrats page. I'm done for today and hope that maybe one of them will credit. I went and spent a lot of time and should have received the congrats page and instead recieved IE errors on each one.

I just finished one this morning about corporate behavior. Watch out for the demographics at the end. I got the congrats page, but they wouldn't accept 0 as an answer for how many people were in certain age groups in my household. I had to change that to 1.

I haven't been good about trying for surveys over the last few months due to a cross-country move, and the "come back tomorrow" page used to be an extra measure of assurance that you'd get your 80c the next day. I'm just wondering if things changed while I was focused on moving or if I just took that one survey & am unlikely to get credit for it. Any thoughts?

I completed a survey today & got the congrats page, but I am still getting the option to take an additional one rather than getting the "thanks but come back tomorrow" page. Things have changed in the last few months. Once you get the congrats page don't try for a survey again as you will be eligible to take another and if you continue to take multiple surveys in a day you can get banned from GF for not stopping after the first. The old message was great but for whatever reason they (GF) got rid of it.

Thanks! :sunshine: When I had the "opportunity" to take the second one I backed out immediately because I was pretty sure that 2 per day wasn't allowed. I appreciate the information as I get back into the swing of things around here!

OMG! I just took a LONG survey about my most recent automobile purchase. I did get the congrats page, but it was so long it gave me a "break" in the middle with some random questions. It did ask for my name and address at the end - I wish they would do that up front so I can decide to give it or not before investing 30 minutes on a survey!

Just finished a pretty short one on a bunch of different topics, starting with storage containers. Not a lot of depth to the questions, and didn't seem to follow any pattern, but I got the congrats page. My favorite was asking me, a California native, what is my impression of Durham North Carolina. Are they kidding?

I had to complete 4 surveys to get one to credit today!!! And I do mean COMPLETE even got the thank you message, but when I clicked the last button to return to SR, I get the message saying that I did not qualify, would I like to try and do another survey....

why are there so many issues and so often with these survey companies? I don't have this trouble when I do Greenfield and OTX surveys through other sites for payment.

I'm having trouble getting surveys to credit this month even after getting the SR congrats page. Out of 6 surveys only 2 have credited. Nothing has changed on my computer. I'm just about to give up for the month! :computer:

I don't want to get jumped on for this, but it was pointed out to me last night that we are only supposed to post TECHNICAL problems with surveys in this thread, not comments on what we did or did not qualify for. I went back and ready the Sticky, the first post in this thread, to remind myself what this thread is for. We should probably all do that, so that we do not get off track and create problems with the survey companies.
