is ssi still supposed to be crediting immediately? just did one that did not- hopefully it will in an hour or so?

I have been out of the loop the last two weeks due to vacation...time to rack up the surveys for SM status

Completed SM about fish oil supplements, got and entered the validation code and ended up with "sorry"... really aggravating when I got the validation code at the end. If it is a qualifying issue why did I get the validation code at the end.

Just completed another SM about shopping and got the "white page".

Qualifying issues or not I wasted 30 minutes of my time and got nothing for it.

And there is nothing wrong with my computer.

Alice-yes, SSi(1) will credit immediately. Have never seen one thru that link credited on the hour anymore since the change of servers.

SSi(2) still credits on the hour.

Bad week for surveys Unfortunately, I read this post after taking the Home Sweet Home survey. Of course, no credit here. Did a My View survey that didn't credit. Also took a 35 minute SSI survey that went to the demographic questions at the end, and then said that I didn't qualify for the survey.

I had that one yesterday. I finally copied and pasted the URL to another tab and refreshed it and it worked and actually credited. But that was an annoying survey!!!

Haven't been too active in surveys lately, but DS done this morning just to see what was going on with all the complaints about it. Literally had not touched this survey in quite a while, but being a seasoned survey taker, am quite aware how to properly take a survey: going slowly, being careful to properly read the questions, etc.

Finished a DS on technology only to get a "you don't qualify for this survey" at the end 15 minutes later. Hopefully Greenfield will take a better look at their surveys before too many people completely stop taking them.

It is so frustrating how many surveys I have to complete just to get one to credit. Despite having so many daily survey choices, I am having a harder time than ever earning Supermember since it seems like I have to finish two just to get one to credit. I took two SSIs yesterday just to get one to credit since the first one didn't. Totally not SR's fault, but it affects their bottom line as it takes twice as long to earn half as much. :computer:

I woud have ranked the movie survey a lot lower if I had known I was going to spend 25 minutes on it for nothing! :mad:

Never used to see this with AMP. They are one of the hardest ones to get into but if you got one and got to the end they always credited. Not good to see another survey company that you do the whole survey and don't qualify at the end.

One of the mods reads this thread regularly and is notified each time a new post is made in it, but with the amount of complaining people do about not qualifying, it's harder for them to determine when there is a genuine technical problem. There is a reason they have asked everyone repeatedly in the past to limit posts in this thread to actual problems, rather than being told you don't qualify after spending X amount of time in the survey. They also ask you to wait two hours before posting you didn't get credit so the survey has a chance to credit on the second hour. There are too many trigger happy people on here who post a survey didn't credit, then have to come back and say sorry, it was just late.

I'm not a mod, but I think starting a new thread for every problem is just plain annoying to everyone. It's all going to end up merged back in here anyways.

One GF was on insurance and I'm not sure of the "parent" company-the one that sponsored the survey?-but the other one was a Hall and Partners on various apparael brands.

If you've waited at least two hours, you're not one I'm referring to as trigger happy. That would be those who give it just one when it is well known surveys often take a few hours to credit.

I tried a daily survey in the afternoon and got the congrats page but that never credited. I thought that maybe it just was a bad survey. I got another congrats for a daily survey tonight and that has not credited either. So something must be up with all the problems. :confused:

<sigh> GF surveys seem to not be crediting again as far as I can tell. They will get them caught up again but it explains some of your frustration. I would stick with the others this morning until they get them caught up.

THe BJ's thru DS/SM have not been going back to the DS/SM page but have been crediting most of the time. Surprised me the first time I got a credit. Sorry yours didn't.

Is something wrong with SSI? I just cleared cookies and completed one that did not credit. Then I cleared cookies again and did another that did not credit. These usually credit right away!

It thanked me for doing the surveys and both went to the star page.

I took the one on Tea today and I got credit for it. I am thinking it is a time issue, if you got that issue. What I figured out you have to be in a survey for at least 20 minutes for most of them, I am thinking they are timed somehow.
I would think mine was the same survey on Tea, it was not real long but I still did not send it until 20 minutes. I finished it at 2:40 and 3:05 it credited.

I am not sure if you had that one or not. It is a judgment call for the time thing, but I just found most want 20 minutes of your time. If it is 12 minutes let say, you would not time out. I think it is about 10 minutes or so. That is just my feeling, not saying I am right or wrong, it is what I found works for me. If you all took the same one I did, there is no other logical reason why I would of got the completion page and you all did not. I think you have been doing this for a long time also, you just have to figure out what works best for you.Good luck, any other ?ds, I am always willing to give my point of view.

Thanks for the tips, that is the one that I took. Someone posted here one time about going REALLY slow when doing the demo questions at the end of GF's which I always do.

Had that happen a few times with AMP. :computer: Never used to be that way, AMP is the toughest (at least for me) to even get into one, but once you did and got to the end they did complete and credit. Stinks on a day when there are not may survey opportunities.

I tested your theory, sort of. I got the tea survey after reading the posts here. I started the survey at 4:38. Even taking my time to type long and thoughtful answers, it would have been no more than a 10 minute survey. I took my time but also put the clothes in the dryer, prepped a little for dinner, etc., in between questions. I submitted it at 5:00, got the congrats page, and it credited at 6. I have been kicked out of GF surveys before that have been short (and usually on food products) - spending less than ten minutes and getting the Do Not Qualify page after getting Thank You For Completing This Survey! within the survey itself. So at least for some surveys, I think the 20 minute time makes sense.

I remember surveys a few years ago that would ask how long you spent completing the survey. If you chose less than 15-20 minutes, you would get kicked out.

Watch out for a SSI on juices. When you complete the survey, it thanks you for your 100% participation but does not route back to SSI. No credit.

We did the GF survey on Bullys, it said 5 minutes, I read above someone took it and got the did not qualify page. Tried it anyway, took a lot than the 5 minutes, and low and behold we got the completion page. So if you get that one don't buy the 5 minutes time line.

Something is wrong with MV. I did 2 spaced hours apart tonight and after clearing cookies both times. Both took all my answers, gave me a "thank you" and a "click here to submit your answers" when I got to the end of the survey. When I click it, it comes up "invalid parameters." Very frustrating especially because it has a green light.

I noticed you're a newer poster....do you clear cookies each day? That might be part of it.

Also, a green light doesn't guarantee there is a survey for you. It's more an indication of how it has been crediting for others the past 6 hours or so. It's a good indication of where you might want to focus your time though!

Timed out doesn't necessarily mean you did the survey to slow, it can also mean it was done to fast. I had that happen to me last week too.

I read on forum people talking about my view issues, 1 comment read, yes I got that sign up page I signed up, and got credit for taking a survey thru whatever site he is a member. So I tried that, I joined, confirmed my email, got the regular page to take a survey, entered info on 1st page, when I tried to move to the 2nd page, I got techincal error, contact customer service. Now I tried live again from reading the above post, and it did credit then here comes the weird thing. I got credit for my view, now I did not take a survey. I am not sure what the deal is with my view at this point. You all can try and do what I did and see what happens for you.

I think the live light is not correct, I have tried several times to get one and could not, light never went to yellow, keeps showing green.

The light counts the number of PEOPLE who tried, not the total number of attempts. So if one person tries 10 times, it only counts as 1 person still. I'm showing over 50% of people who tried live sample in the last 6 hours were able to get credit for a survey. But both SSI and Greenfield are crediting even higher than that right now.

I got a Live this morning. The only time I didn't get credit, was when I didn't clean out my cache in the morning.

I finished GF at 10:30a and it credit right at 11a, maybe it was just the survey scard.

could be. I saw DS go to green (maybe it was you), cleared cookies and tried again. Waiting to see if DS & SM credit at noon.

I also got the BJ DS on air freshners this morning that did not credit. Last night I did a DS on allergy meds that did go back to the SR congrats page, but not the code verification page and it did not credit.
