I was even "reprimanded" for getting the deal by them cancelling the replacement mugs that they were supposed to send for the 10 mugs that were broken in shipping. I will be on the phone to them Monday and I am so disappointed in the company and their handling of this issue.
I agree. If this whole computer mess would have happened in one day, it would have been one thing. But it happened over 2 weeks, which made it seem that they knew what was going on.
