Just did a weird survey. It asked if i was having trouble sleeping, do i think about death, am i worried when i'm away from my family and a whole bunch of other questions. But everytime I answered and clicked to the next page using the arrow, the next page would say to not use my back buttons and that i had already answered the question. Even though each question was new and i wasn't using my back button. It ended up on the white thank you page, not the SR congrats page. I don't know if it'll credit or not, but since I got credit for the hospital one a few days ago that i thought wouldn't credit, I'm not gonna try for another. Just wanted to give you all a heads up.

I wonder if it wasnt a browser issue? I took that survey the other day and it went through and the second to last page was a suicide prevention hotline ad and it credited for me.

I did an interactive SM survey last not about evaluating websites...and it DIDN"T credit! :headache: It was late and I couldn't stay up to top of the hour to make sure and man was i bummed out this AM when i loged on and saw it didn't credit!

I got the same thing when I took it. I took it as a Supermember survey and it did not credit on the next hour as it should. I took it at 9am this morning and still no credit.:cry:

I got this one also (I think if it was the same horrible animated one) and it ran for 5 minutes, then it took a good minute or so for the next to light up so could continue....so it might just be timing/loading issue.

I think the 22 minutes was a typo, that was about how long the whole survey was, not the video.

Got it for the SM survey and rec'd credit ok on the hour. And boy did we give them our opinions on that! We sure earned that $0.60 LOL :sick:

it gave me a link to click at the end, but when i clicked it, it was a generic, white thank you page, not the SR congrats page. the survey from earlier today with the 22 minute video never did load anything else. i left it minimized on my desktop for several hours. it just showed the same 30 second clip over and over. and yep, it was animated.

i just got the brain juicer survey about watching a new tv show that was suppose to be 22 minutes long. it ran for about 4 1/2 minutes and then totally stopped and an arrow came up in the middle of the video screen and the clip started again and stopped in the same exact place. reported the problem to gf so hopefully they will fix it soon. just wanted to give everyone the heads up about this survey.

Wow, I just had the shortest DS ever.

I had this one earlier, and I think there is a link below each banner that says something like "I like this one more". I had to click on that link and then it advanced to the next page. Hope this helps!

Yeah I had that one last night too and definitely had that link. It was a tad tricky because the link doesn't change colors or anything so half the time I would click and just hope that it registered the right one. I completed it without any other troubles.

As I posted in another thread, we have not gotten the surveys from them for the day yet. MOST days we are lucky and get them in the morning. But we continue to pull reports everyday through 3:30 Eastern before we start to get worried because sometimes it does take the whole day.

This page says Don't use the back button (I didn't :confused:), press OK to continue. When I press OK it goes back to the video, plays it again, then goes back to this page on its own. Stuck in a loop. Didn't report it as it is SM not DS for me.

just tried to do a brainjuicer ds on feminine hygiene products, answered 15 questions on whether i would sell or buy the new product and everytime i would answer the last question in this section i would get an error message saying that an unexpected error had occurred. refreshed the page and it went back to the beginning of the 15 questions. this happened 3x today. reported this problem to gf so hopefully they will fix it. just wanted to give everyone the heads up about this particular survey.

I think worrying that any DS doesn't credit is a waste of worry. It will either credit or it won't, if it does, great, if it doesn't, oh well, theres always tomorrow. However, in this case, it sounds like it will, I have had this happen to me.

I've noticed that the times it has truly worked (not talking about me just not qualifying) the popup has actually popped up. And the things it wasn't going to work, I had to click to get the popup out.

Funny thing just now. Got offered an AMP, told I had taken the maximum (haven't taken one in days), and went back to the SR didn't qualify page. CLicked to try another survey, got AMP again, told the same thing about exceeding maximum. Answered no to the do you want to take another survey on one of our other sites - but then it went on asking me more survey questions and told I qualified for a survey! Never had that happen b4....but I'll take it!

I know DS tracks by user ID. So having to log back in to SR at the end of the survey shouldn't affect credit as a long as I get the Congrats page, right?

That's strange. I had this survey around the same time you did yours and had no problems finishing and getting the SR Congrats screen. The survey gods must be playing tricks today.

I got to my last classification question or two before getting the error screen (after 40 minutes of work!). So yeah, something is up.

Ugh! I just attempted an OTX survey about stuff i do with my child....it was a 25 minute survey for me...then another 2nd part of the survey for my child to answer. Dang if it didn't lock up after her 2nd question!! UGH!!! Beware of that one....it took a LONG time too!

I can't see how we could get in trouble. We simply went to the site to take the survey, got redirected to another site before we could put in any identifying information, closed out instead of taking the survey, then came here to this thread to see if anyone knew why we were being redirected. Neither of us can help it if the credit suddenly showed up in our accounts. Perhaps Tricia will want to look into this as something is fishy.

Oh my gracious!! I just did a DS about electronic shopping....the dang page kept freezing up when there were multiple questions on it. it took me over an HOUR to finish the survey....i thought for sure it would tme out and push me out but it finally finished, got the congrats page and returned me back to SR. :confused:

Sometimes I get something that says 'this is a hidden question' and it has several weird letter/number combos as multiple choice, only you can't click on them to choose any of course. I just go on to the next page, and it's fine - but it amuses me a little to see this stuff I clearly wasn't supposed to be seeing in the course of the survey!:p

This is the normal surveys, the .90 ones? If I recall correctly, they don't require cookies to track so that shouldn't affect it (unless i'm wrong).

Of course the fact that you even get into OTX is astonishing, as I'm not sure I've gotten more than 2 to credit ever! (I really should count 'em someday)

wow, is my face red! I went back, and from the time I started I've actually had 21 MyThoughtCounts surveys credit!

FYI - I got a survey on the first try today and went a good way through it. Then, the page was to load a template and after 15 minutes it still is spinning out of control. It is for fast food restaurants. I am going to give it until 9am to see if the template ever loads.

I am in process of completing the longest survey ever! I can't even say for sure how long I've been at it because I didn't look at the clock (probably close to an hour though) or what it's about because it has asked me a little of everything! :confused: Fortunately it has a progress bar which now says that I'm about 80% done so back to it!

started 2 surveys that got hunged up using foxfire so i closed out and finally got one using internet explorer.

Kind of weird, might have just been my problem, but just in case it's bigger...DS and I did a toys/games survey on the 16th (it asked him to come to the computer), and it did NOT credit. It was a longer one, especially just getting INto the thing, and I had to keep a 5 year old close to bedtime interested in it, then I had to answer tons of questions after his part was done...it's just really too bad it didn't credit...wanted to "warn" others of it.

Have done 2 commercial surveys today - ones where you watch several commercials and then answer questions about one in particular. I don't understand what is the problem, but after getting a long ways into the survey, both have suddenly said I don't qualify. Just took a great one on what I use for travel, about 3 questions and maybe 2 minutes long. I was so surprised when that Congrats popped up, thought for sure it would be try again :p

So if you've been struggling with end of the month/year slim pickins, maybe there's some good surveys still out there, go get 'em!

Marcy, in the beginning, there was a blurb to make sure pop up blocker was ON (ususally they say off...). I turned mine back on, then clicked next, and was able to finish ok.

I know sometimes our brain doesn't process what we read so frequently and I wondered how many took that blurb and processed it as turn off.

I had a food related one just now that was horribly long (almost an hour) and detailed; I felt like my eyes were glazing over! I'm not so fond of these interminable ones; almost feel like that kind is worth more than .90!

I HAD to leave the survey up and go to the grocery store it was taking so long. I worried about leaving it idle, but didn't really have a choice. Then at the end where it asks if the survey was a good use of your time, I think I rated it a 3. Altogether, just survey time, I think it took me close to 2 hours to finish it. If you get this survey make sure you have plenty of time, but it's always good when you get the congrats page. :)

That was my time, too. I remember having DH make dinner (not an unusual request, but I do remember making it) at a certain time, and then 2 hours later, well after dinner while watching something on TV, I finally finished it. And I didn't take time out for dinner; sat here at my laptop, eating, all sad-like, LOL.

I rated it at a 2.

Am I the only person having trouble getting DS credit? I didn't get credit for Thursday's. I only got one DS over the weekend (Friday) and it hasn't credited either. I've never missed credit on two in a row before.

i'm sorry to hear that your surveys are not crediting. has anything changed on your computer lately (settings, cookies, etc.)? are you getting credit for other surveys you have taken (amp, my 2 cents) and offers you have done? it seems kind of odd that this would be happening to you - is this something new or has this been going on for a while? i'm not all that computer savvy so i really can't tell you what to look for. maybe someone else will see this and be able to help you. again, really sorry about all this. try and have a good rest of the day and keep smiling - it will get better.:sunshine:

It's brand new, and I actually got the super member survey both days. Nothing has changed on the computer. Hopefully, it was a passing thing and my next one will credit (if I ever, in fact, qualify for one).

Took an AMP survey about joining a grocery shopping site. It didn't take me to the congrats page, but I still kept the hope and verified all of the info in my email, went to the site and took the other mandatory survey, gave them my address for my "kit" and still didn't receive credit. :(

If you haven't been doing AMP survey's for awhile, give them a try again. I do AMP's about every 3 days, and I tend to get better results.
