Did survey credits show up yet?
I have a feeling they didn't. Weirdest thing last night. I didn't get a survey until 8:53pm (pacific time), and tried to get it done (ended up being about beer and pizza!), but ended up finishing shortly after 9pm. Now, I've experienced that survey "day" doesn't seem to switch until (specifically) 1:48am pacific time, but the rest of SR is on eastern time, so I was kind of nervous. Went back through to check, and had "exceeded" the limit.
But there's no credit at all today.
And it's not like last night's one counted for today, because I was just able to do one. On pasta sauce and Smart Ones...ah, now those are things I know about! :) But still, disappointed that it seems last night's survey went into the ether!

I got this one and so did my husband and neither of us got credit for it - it's about August 2007 Health Quiz or something like that about CPNR's (or some 4 letter initial thing) and RN's and Doctors and flu shots, etc. :computer:

Did you ever get credit for this one?? I just did it and thought I had seen this mentioned but went ahead and completed it since its the same people as the Auto Insight community that i have gotten credit for. Thanks!
Nope :( Luckily I did another one that day and I only got the one credit.

I should have looked here first..
Already mentioned above...a survey about CRNP in PA. The last page was...

It does not take you back to Sunshine Rewards.

My DD got a strange one today. It asked her opinions on the China toy recall and whether or not it affected her buying goods from China. It also mentioned that 70% of Walmart's products come from China and how does she feel about that.

Got an easy one on Discover card. I did encounter an error half way through. But, I was persistent and kept hitting the back button and submit button until it finally took. I did get the congrats screen and now the exceeded daily limits screen. So I am good to go.
Only 2 more to go till I hit #25 and the $5 bonus!!

I got the one from Consumer Village yesterday and it didn't take me back to SR. So I did another one. Then this morning I noticed I had gotten credit for both. :) I don't know why I did since it didn't say I had exceeded my limit after the Consumer Village thing, but I'm not complaining. :)
This morning I got the one on the football movie too, We Are Marshall. It was short and sweet. My kind of survey!

For anyone who noticed my mystified "where did that survey go" post yesterday, this morning I got credit for both days, but under one day.
So if you're doing surveys around 9pacific/midnight eastern, and the other time zones in between (and more western of course), watch out, but it might work out.
Whole story:
I did one on the 21st as 8 turned into 9, took me back to SR, told me I had "exceeded" when I checked. Next morning, no credit. And was able to get another, so it wasn't that I had already done one for the 22nd. It seemed to have gone *poof*.
But it showed up today along with the other one.
So in one day I got credit for DH's beer and pizza survey, and my smart ones and pasta sauce survey. Yum!

Yay! Got one before 8pm. :)
It was about the Seahawks, and how big a fan I am. :rotfl:
Born in San Francisco...do they REALLY think I'm going to go against my birthtown to cheer for the SeaChickens?
Shh, don't tell WA-born DH I said that. No, you can, he knows how I feel.
Note...everything stated above is an exaggeration. I could not care less about the NFL, now that Joe Montana is out of it. And even then, I didn't really care about the NFL, it was more his cutieness that I cared about. :p
BUT I got a survey!

How confusing...guess it did not take either! Didn't say I'd exceeded my limit for the day, so I'll keep trying...I'm at 16..was trying for 25, but will be happy if I make 20!! (If the rest of the week is anything like the last two days, I might have to settle at 16! :rotfl: )

I didn't look frantically, but I had an expectation, until I remembered. :)
My constant excuse is that DH works Friday through Monday, so our "weekend" is Tues through Thurs, and I can just never remember that OTHER people have a different "weekend". Funny, I remember it when it comes time for a less expensive, less crowded "weekend" getaway, but not for SR.

It asks if you have one of several life insurances. I've done this one twice. I have one of the companies life insurance. It takes all of your info and the last page says you don't qualify because there are questions to show you didn't read the questions entirely. The first time I thought maybe I missed something. The second time I made sure I read everything extra good. The same thing happened. There went 25 minutes down the drain.

I have nothing.
Most of the time TODAY, for both me and DH, we're just not qualifying for anything (no surveys for you!). The rest of the time today, we don't qualify for some reason.
One DH didn't qualify for b/c he lives in WA. Um, yeah, that was why he put his WA zip code on the Greenfield page that looks like SR. So we're not booted out for a reason given already.
He later got a survey about the Seahawks. Same one I got the other day. When I was doing mine I thought I was going to get kicked out of it b/c I'm NOT a sports fan, and don't really appreciate that team or our baseball team for forcing their expensive new stadiums on a city that voted several times NO. I was honest, but made it through.
Figured that was by the skin of my teeth, and DH got it, put he was a die-hard fan, and that was it, booted out.
Got some others, disqualified for one reason or another (usually something from the greenfield-looks-like-SR page...constant complaint of mine, I think these things should be sent through and we shouldn't qualify for something we're disqualified from b/c of that info).
NOTHING. 8:23pm, nothing. :(
Anyway, just wanted to vent. :computer:

I might go back to believing in the *email address change* trick to getting surveys when you haven't gotten one. :p
All yesterday, back and forth with DH and my demographics, nothing nothing, you don't qualify, nothing. Same this morning, but ONLY nothing. I went through quickly after waiting awhile, first mine then his...then I put in his and changed email address. INSTANTLY got one. And it was the Seahawks survey that I got the other day.
So I IMd him each of the something like 125 questions (he's at work), and agonized while waiting for him to answer....it took us two and a half hours to get through it, b/c his work was pesky and actually wanted him to, you know, work.
And it was funny b/c our answers were SO different. 3 adjectives to describe the Seahawks? Mine were...selfish, gluttonous, and something else negative. His were passionate intelligent, and something else positive. TOO funny.
But anyway, it might very well have been a coincidence perfectly timed with my email address change, but...I dunno...don't really know that they ADD surveys at 1:48pm pacific time on SUNDAYS...:p

I haven't been able to qualify for a survey in what feels like a week! I don't know if it's because I don't have kids or don't want to take a car survey but anymore it automatically goes right to the "you don't currently qualify for any surveys" page and gives me no new options to check off :(

It has been worse than pulling teeth to get a survey the past week or so. It hasn't just been me either, my boyfriend hasn't been able to and usually he's my fall back since the boys seem to be accepted more readily. I've been dropped out of several just for living in the state of Michigan.
I know that sometimes it gets tough at the end of the month, but this seems to be a lot worse than usual. With today's I'll be at 24 and have to hope that I can manage to get that last one in, but I've spent an exorbitant amount of time trying to get surveys lately ... the ROI has not been good, but my pride and competitive drive won't let me quit ...:computer: :computer: :computer:

we have completed a survey every day since last Sunday...all complete before I surrender, but I did not get credit for the one I did on Sunday which I think was about deoderants...it for some reason did not credit today, so when I got home I went to check and make sure that it stated I had exceeeded my limits for today since I got lucky this morning before work and got one but when i did it ....it gave me another survey....so I completed another one today this one was on my credit cards... is anyone else having any kind of luck like this...I am not trying to get 2 credits for surveying..I just am trying to get the one I am supposed to get.

This happened to me also, today. I'm always nervous when it let's me take "another" since I have to wonder whether I'll get credit for the one before. Anyway, the one I just did was a mix of where you stand politically and a new "smokeless" tobacco product that Philip Morris is launching.

I posted yesterday about doing a survey and then it didn't give me the "exceeded daily limit" message so I tried and got one later on. I just had 2 surveys credit for yesterday. There must have been a glitch or something. I wasn't trying to get 2, I just wanted to make sure I got credit for 1 to make it to 20 this month.

I wondered if that was going to happen. Were you the one who did one from work in the morning? What time do you go into work? A few nights ago I noticed that the surveys switched to the "next day" when I was up crazy-late at 1:48 AM pacific time. So if you are on eastern time, and were taking one before 5am, I could imagine that you might have gotten one from the day before, then later for the current day.
Just an idea. :)
2 surveys a day sometimes happen. Though it turns out that for me, it has happened when I'm doing them at a crossover time, and the system just doesn't know what day I did the first one on, and holds it over.

Little warning to Mac users. If you get a survey based on the "yes" answer to "do you like to watch movies" question, you might not be able to see the movie. I know I couldn't download the plugin, as I don't have the Intel chip, nor do I have OS X.3.something. And if you can't see or hear it, you don't get to finish up the survey!
Big disappointment for me! I wanted to see that clip!

Was the question ever answered about whether Greenfield was okay if you ended up taking 2 surveys in 1 day (not intentionally)? That happened to me the other day and they both credited fine. We can't get into or through a survey for anything. I was up and online by 7 pacific time, missed a few hours from a dental appointment, and have been trying trying trying, but nothing comes up for us, or we get disqualified after doing a bit of it. :(

I don't understand where you got that idea. Surveys are free to take. Scratch and Win is free to do... there are free clicks here and there (subscribe to the thread)... and tons of free offers... It is possible to make super member ($100 in 3 months) without spending a dime.

You do not have to pay out any money to make money! many have offered the varius ways to earn, such as the scratch of which you said you can not do, does that lock up too????? and are you having problems with the paid clicks, and paid e-mails?????? Another way is if you were going to purchase something online we have many links that you just click before you shop that will earn you money thats only if you were going to buy anyways! and i would say over 80% of the offers do not require any money or Credit Card info. I know the only Money i have spent to earn money on this site was York Photo i spent 2.50 on 31 photos to get 6.00 Credits, and i needed wanted the photos anyway, and i placed an order on disneyshopping.com via the sr link for some items i would have bought with out the SR link! Every thingelse i have earned from mostly Free Offers, Surveys, Paid Clicks, Stractoffs, and Paid e-mails in that order!

I'm sorry that you got that impression.
When I was using Safari as my browser, I got the same near shut-down, freezing up. You said you have a new PC, which seems you have a Windows-running machine, so it would seem you're not using Safari. But what ARE you running?
Now, I personally do quite a bit of shopping online, and so it's only natural that I would shop through SR to get money back that I wouldn't have gotten before. But if you don't do any of that, I can understand not wanting to start a new behaviour.
With the Scratch-Off, are you trying to do it later in the morning? What time-zone are you? Are you ever up after midnight Eastern time? That's when the Scratch-Off switches over, so if you're lucky enough to be on the west coast, you can get the "next day's" scratch off after 9pm pacific time. If not, try as early in the morning as possible.
The offers are twitchy for us all, that's why we have a whole thread dedicated to the offers that DO work!

As for the Scratch and Win, it won't allow me to scratch, im not sure why. Someone did tell me there's a daily quota for this. I try to scratch with my mouse, and nothing happens.
As for the survey's, nothing happens to.
I rarely get paid emails... I am running Win/XP
can you maybe explain where I can go to get, to links that pay without spending money please.

You don't actually scratch. You just click. If you get to where you can see the leprechaun, I believe that you are actually "in" the game. If I'm remembering wrong, though, if you try to click on a square and the game is full, you will get the message that, if I recall correctly, "the maximum number of games have been played".
XP, eh? I don't know much about that, but I'm sure others do. I wonder if you have popups disabled? Maybe disable them and see if that helps? I don't KNOW if that will make a difference, but maybe...

On the scratch and win, there are only 600 of those a day. Just click on a box and it will either scratch it off or tell you there are no more left for the day.
Tricia does not send paid emails out every day. Sometimes there may be 2 a week sometimes less.
As far as offers go- you want to go to the link that says offers/contest
Click on all offers/go to fast crediting and start from there! Only try to do a couple at the time. IF you have or are a member of another site do not redo offers you have already done. Some will not accept you since you are in Canada and some are specifically for people in Canada. I hope this helps you out some. There are lots of threads about offers and tips and tricks. If you do to many offers at once the majority will not credit. So just take your time!
You will find that lots of people here do not do the paid offers. We only do the daily survey and free offers. Good luck! I do hope this helped some.

I just finished a terribly painful survey on sunscreen/suntan products. It took about an hour and asked variations of the same questions over and over again. The survey froze up on me twice (what a horrible feeling when you have that much time invested) but I was able to refresh my screen and get things going again. I had visions of circling through this survey forever and never talking to you guys again! LOL!
Glad you got out of that maze with credits intact!:)

I also got the sun product survey today and it took me at least an hour to do.
It, too, froze at least a dozen times during the course of the hour and gave me the screen: The link in your e-mail survey does not appear to be working properly, and gave me a link to go to. I just refreshed the screen each time and got the survey back. I was lucky enough to get the Congratulations screen. Now, let's see if I get credited for my agony...:(

I thought it was just my computer. But if you had the same problem, sounds like it is the survey and not us.

Was this an acneilsen survey? If so, we've been stuck on this thing, asking about TVs and cellphones, for SO much longer than we should, I can't even say how long. We always go through each page, read each question, really think about things...and it takes us SO incredibly long to get through these long ones.

I was lucky enough to only miss one day (though some days I had to try for FAR longer than was enjoyable), so assuming tomorrow's credits, I got 30. I couldn't beleive that I got 23 last month, let alone this!!!

Today I have taken 3 different surveys. The first was on Insurance and I got a congratulations screen after. Just to be sure I would get credit, I tried again, and was able to start another survey. This one was about Instant Messaging and Text Messaging and took me to another survey site. No congratulations screen after that one! The third time I got a very nice, short survey about whether I'd quit my job and start my own business. Sweet! It took about 2 minutes and I got another congratulations screen. Finally, I am not able to take any more surveys, so I hope to get credited for at least 1 of them.

Oh my word, I'm laughing my head off! I did the SAME thing when I got to the cell phone/DVD player page. I'm always honest and take the time to fill out the surveys, but I hit that page and said "NONE" because I was about to pass out from exhaustion!! It was absolute torture!! And I gave them the same feedback at the end "TOOOO LONG folks!". Some of these wicked long surveys can't possibly end up with accurate results. I find that I start drifting (mentally) when I'm stuck in a really long one. Oh well...on to bigger and brighter surveys. Had a good one this morning for my DD7 about video games. I find it helpful to spend some time thinking about the questions... I keep the survey open in one window, and read the boards here in between every third or fourth question while I ponder on my response. Then I'll go back and answer a few more questions on the survey... and then come back here to ponder and read posts... and on and on...

I did the KFC survey with no problems. Took about 25 minutes. Did it feel like you had completed the whole survey? If it did and you still got the "Do not qualify" message, then chances are you went too fast. I agree with Faith. You really need to take your time with the surveys. If it were a technical problem, you probably would have gotten a blank screen or the survey would have frozen up.

Be careful if you get the Phoenix car survey. It's not bad, took maybe about 20 minutes and was kind of fun, but you have to go slowly. When some of the pages were trying to load, I got a "problem" icon in my toolbar. When I refreshed the page it did then always move to the next screen. On every long page where you were checking answers there was one column where it said "check the box all the way to the right". That column was always in a different place.

Then I feel like I have so much time already invested I do not want to start over....I HATE it when they ask questions on a product like *it's innovative* *it's smart* *it's charming* HOW STUPID. It's sunblock people!!! Can you tell I'm frustrated? Well at least I got it done. Next time I'm checking with you guys first!

I don't know why these people have to do surveys that are so long. After a long while of doing one I start not caring what I click anymore. I try to be truthful but enough is enough. How many different questions of the same thing can you ask??

I spent almost 40 minutes on the sunscreen survey and had to leave the computer for a few minutes and when I came back something had happened...some kind of error. THey wanted me to manually put in an address and it would not take so all that time invested I could not finish!!!! I also answered a ton of questions on the KFC one and then said I did not qualify. NOW I can not get a survey at all.

At least the applicance one had a place at the end to tell what you thought about the survey. Believe you me, I really told them! I had fridges and cell phones!!!

I got that one on sunscreen also - took 48 minutes and I kept thinking it was never going to end because as soon as your percentage finished went up - it would go back down. I think I hit 40% about 6 different times. So far I am 3/3 though.
I noticed that with the sunscreen one! I just finished it and boy was it frustrating! They would literally ask 40+ questions on a page and the progress bar would only go up 1% or even go down! Oooooooo, I hated this one!
I also had the KFC one ask a ton of questions and then said I didn't qualify. That is just wrong!!!!

OMG, I only vaguely remembered hearing about it when it came up for me this morning but figured I'd go ahead and take it. WTH was I thinking? It was the worse survey I think I've ever had the misfortune of taking. It asked the same questions over and over and over. :headache: I really wonder what they are thinking when they make such incredibly long and tedious surveys? Don't they realize that by about 1/2 way through people are like whatever  and just start clicking anything just to get the survey over?

Try again. I just got one on home pregnancy tests. Very short and sweet. DH and I are done having kids, so any info given during the survey will not keep in my head for long:rotfl:
In fact, what were we talking about? I'm having a Dory moment.:rotfl:

I was about 22% through when it said the survey link wasn't working properly and told me to type in the address which then told me the page wasn't working - wonderful! I so desperately wanted a survey to work.
After reading the other posts, I'm glad it locked up. I actually got a fun and pretty quick one on Nesquik. I should have checked here first, what was I thinking!

I got the sunscreen one today too and had the same problems as alot of others. Which was probably just as well, because the way it was going (and going and going), I was getting ready to "x" out of it anyway!

I got that one too but it started out weird. I started out wirh only a couple of questions and then it asked me all the classification questions and when it asked me how long it took me it kicked me out (I had had maybe 5 or 6 questions at that point) and took me to the SR page telling me to take another survey, So I clicked that and it took me to the VERY SAME survey but this time it went through the whole survey! I made sure I went pretty slow on it!

I got one on environmentally friendly cosmetic packaging, a bit longer than most, but not bad and actually very interesting.
but it asked for my name and address at the end - I've never had a survey do that .... I gave it, but didn't know what to make of it...

Sometimes they will send you samples to try.
I just got booted from the sunscreen one. I was 25% done but had to disconnect the laptop to get to work and its all over. Off to try another.
