I finished my DS around 7:30 and while it didn't credit at 8, I think it did credit sometime around 9. I went to read my book for a while instead and it was there when I came back.

Another SH problem. I did a survey about movies. Watched 3 trailers, answered questions. Then demo questions, click and expect that it will go thru and credit. Nope. sends me back to one of the trailers I already watched. I get sent through 2 trailers I saw before, get the same questions but with my answers filled in. then to demos which I answer. Click and am routed back to SR with no credit.

that's 2 SH that I completed with no credit and I've wasted close to 30 minutes of my time.

Done trying for SH for today as I have no confidence that anything will credit.

DH was half way through a SH on search engines and when he clicked on the "Next" button and was taken to a page that said "Service Unavailable." He has tried to get another SH but he keeps getting routed to the same "Service Unavailable" page.

Just finished the same survey and mine went to Survey Monkey also. I did file a report with Greenfield asking if this was normal. To file with Greenfield you go back to the original Greenfield page for surveys and there is a link at the bottom to report problems. That is where you paste the URL info and give them a description of what heppened. In the past, they used to check it out and we would get credit for completed surveys and reported problems, but I haven't received credit for any reported problems for a loooooonnnnng time. Now, it's seems it's just to let them know when a survey is not working.

Hopefully, since it happened to both of us, it is just a new ending for that particular survey and we will get credit. I will keep my fingers crossed!

Actually today is the first time I've ever had a MyView not credit for me. I noticed when I completed it today that instead of saying how many points I would have earned if I were a "myview member" it just said something along the lines of a thank you for completing this survey and then routed me as usual when it DOES credit. But it's been almost 2 hours now and no credit, so something weird happened. I'll give it a try again after I try the others eventually, but you're not alone!

eta: I just tried again a bit ago, got a myview that was only 5 minutes long and FUN! and it credited really quickly! Must have just been a temporary glitch or something :)

i was just finishing up an ssi2 survey about homeowners insurance and instead of going to the star page i got the flag page and it said:

Oh NO!! that happened to a few members in February (I think) and then again in March. I was effected in March and for 4 days that's all I got with SSI/SSI2. :cry:

I hope the blank, white page gets resolved soon.

I was just taking that one and got through two sets of value questions and all the quality control then started answering questions about the values of a company (which is wild since I just visited their plant last week) and after 3 questions I got the you do not qualify :(

Just spent about 20 minutes on a Survey Head for a department store. I answered at least 60 questions. It then asked me the same questions for another store, and suddenly the "unfortunately you don't qualify for this survey" screen came up. Come on! I answered every question imaginable for the first particular store and I don't qualify after it moves on to my feelings about another store?

I've noticed a lot more quality checks in most surveys recently; I've really slowed down to make sure I don't miss one. Had one a few weeks back where it said "for quality control please click 3". So I did and got booted!

Ok, I SURRENDER!
I just did the SSI2 on opinions of radio programming. Spent 20 minutes, listened to song clips and had to rate how I felt about the songs and if I would like to pay to listen to music in my car. Got to the point where it told me I only had 2 more questions to go. I answered those last two questions, and I got the screen that said "Unfortunately you don't qualify."

I am done for the day because now I am just getting frustrated.

I don't have much free time to do surveys currently, but seeing a few people have had problems with SSI's, I tried this morning to see if I got the white page. Although I didn't qualify for any of the 10 or so surveys it gave me a chance to try, I didn't get the white page or find anything unusual. Strange that only some people are effected while others aren't.

I also began getting the white page the same day you did. Since I have heard it happened to others for days at a time in the past I just keep trying each day and assume it will go back to normal at some point just like theirs did. I haven't heard anyone get the blank white page and never be able to take SSI's again. I don't have an answer why it happens to some and not others but since it is something that comes and goes I assume it will go back to normal at some point. In the mean time I am concentrating on the other surveys.

I don't have much free time to do surveys currently, but seeing a few people have had problems with SSI's, I tried this morning to see if I got the white page. Although I didn't qualify for any of the 10 or so surveys it gave me a chance to try, I didn't get the white page or find anything unusual. Strange that only some people are effected while others aren't.

I don't understand it either but it did happen to me quite awhile ago with MV, it felt as if I was banned for some reason? I had no trouble yesterday getting into both SSI surveys, completing them and getting the credit. Sorry for the ones having trouble, nothing you can do about it but wait it out, as I had to do with MV....all of a sudden one day it allows you to take it??? :confused:

I would choose spending quality time with family over surveys anyday. :)

When I had the problem with SSI in March it lasted for 4 days, and then was gone.

Well I'm not obsessed with getting surveys, it's not a full time job for me....if I get one, great....if not, oh well! I consider SR a fun hobby and free play money to spend at Disney when we go and if I needed SR money to be able to purchase necessities to live then I would get a real job! :rotfl: If it has stopped being fun here on SR, then yes I would definitely consider taking a break and spending quality time with your DD.

Carrie-i think i am using IE 8 also. was able to get an ssi and an ssi2 on monday but that was the last time this week. at one time i used to get upset when i didn't get a survey but one day i just decided that if i get one that is great and if not there's always tomorrow to try again. that strategy seems to work and i don't get as mad or as frustrated as i used to and it makes me a more sane, happier and optimistic person.:sunshine:

Missymouse, the only thing I can think of is maybe the days you didn't see credit were days the credits were delayed? I know that happened to several others, as noted by the impatient posts saying credits were coming in between the first and second hour, but later than normal. Sorry if this isn't any help!

Marcy you have to be careful taking surveys and even shopping between midnight and 5 am because that is the time span most companies will set their sites to automatically update or run scripts and you could get error screens. They do this because they think it would cause the least amount of disruption to people. You probably would've been ok but it looks like that site is on pacific standard time and it was the middle of the night for them. Hope that helps!

Spent 25 minutes on SM. Completed it and it went back to the correct congrats/thank you page. Did not credit on the 1st or 2nd hour.

Today is the 5th day of the month and 4 SM/Y2C surveys that I completed have not credited. No changes to my computer or my browser(s). I've checked my cookie settings and they are fine. I clear cookies properly. I don't rush and did not miss any trick questions.

I pretty much done with wasting my time on these surveys.

I would say there is definitely an issue on your end if you are missing them that often. Have you run an cleaner lately for adware or other things that could be capturing your cookies? I know it is frustrating when we say that but it is extremely uncommon for people to miss credits that often on one type of survey. That is a survey that is crediting well today and so it isn't an issue on their end. I am sorry I dont have a better answer for you. I would do a major cleaning on my computer and make sure there isn't anything hiding on there.

I had seen posts in the past about people taking SH about greeting cards and they did not get credit. Got it today and figured I would give it a try, maybe they fixed the problem. WRONG! did the survey, got toe end and it never went back to SR, no credit.

SCard-i am truly sorry that u r having problems with surveys not crediting and i can totally relate and empathize with your situation. when i was having problems with surveys last summer i decided to take a break from them so for about 9 days last july i did not do 1 single survey. i needed to just clear my head for a while and relax and not stress about surveys and it really helped me a lot. maybe u should think about taking a short break from surveys for a few days just to unwind and relax and then start back up totally refreshed and unstressed. it helped me maybe it will help u. good luck in getting your surveys today. keep smiling - it will get better - i promise.:sunshine:

I run CCleaner every day. I've cleared cookies using the browser(s) function as well. I also did a complete scan using Malwarebytes on Sunday and again last night; it found no problems. After both scans the problem has continued to occur. SM did credit on Saturday and I am not having any issues with DS/AMP/SSI/SSI2/MV crediting.

Maybe I will try SM/Y2C in a week or so and see what happens then.

When I completed the SSI today I got this new page, it went to Opinion World with a orange and white page that keeps winding with a circle going round and round with no usual comments page on survey. Anyone else getting this today?

This must be something new that they are doing, or at least I hope so. I just finished a samplicous survey about finances and when it finished it went to the Focus Forward Community also. Crossing my fingers that it credits!

Yeah, I just got that one too. Dang! Survey was fun too. I've had really rotten luck pretty much each day on surveys this month. Virtually every day at least one goes glitchy part way thru, or doesn't credit ,or something. It's kinda soured me on putting the time in.....

That happens to me sometimes, just yesterday actually. I saw here that someone said they seem to reset surveys with GF after 7pm and that worked for me last night and I've noticed it before also. If there aren't any GF options for me during the day, there won't be any until after 7pm. Don't know why that is, but give them a try then! I got my GF and my SM after 7 last night! :)

I had trouble with them too the other day. I just completed a GF that was super long. It was like 45 minutes about entertainment & technology. At the end it said would you like to take another quick survey about celebraties & brands. I clicked yes & it took me to a page that said thanks but the quota has been filled. It never took me back to the SR page. I doubt it will credit. :mad:

I just completed a long DS about several different makeup brands and a couple of different product types, but I did get the Congrats page. Not sure if it was the same one or not, but it took 25 minutes. Sorry yours did not finish correctly!
