Yes, that's correct, with one exception. If you complete your surveys and clear cookies to try for SSI 2, even if you are NOT successful, you will need to clear again before attempting an SSI 1 the following day. Otherwise, whichever one you click first is the one that will credit next.

I see by the new dots its looks like Surveyhead people are getting some, yet when click on it I am getting the same thing as yesterday, now until 10am pst. my ? is it is working for anyone else? Thanks for any help.

:computer: is anyone having problems with SSI?? I cleaned cookies before I started, like every morning, and had to enter in all my demographics again, not just the bday. got the go to survey page, then it went to the flag saying someone had already taken that one. no big deal, try again. got the flag again. tried 3rd time....and AGAIN with the flag. got angry so I closed out and ran CC. tried again, entered in all the demographics again, and then STILL got the flag page!!!
what's up with that?? I can see getting it once, but 4 times??? did they someone lose their tracking software or something??!?
I think their tracking software is messed up. They send me to the same dozen or so surveys every day first and I get a flag page on them all. I'm pretty sure the flag page just means you've already taken it or been kicked out, so I'm fine with them getting all those surveys out of the way up front.
Personally, I'd much rather be kicked out with the flag page or some other means like that up front rather than after I'm halfway into the survey. That's a big reason why I have no problem with the flag page!

Is something up with Greenfield or is it just me? The green light is on but everytime I try to get a DS I get the "sorry we have no new surveys for you please try tomorrow". That is something I usually only get after trying a bunch and not qualifying or if I already took one but I haven't done either of those today. I was wondering if it was just me.

I'm getting that now, too. However, earlier this morning I was permitted to try multiple times, albeit unsuccessful at finishing any survey. I have since cleared cookies and tried from time to time. I think they just do not have any new surveys in my demographics at this time. I'll try again later.

Thanks for letting me know! I thought that probably was the case, but GF is usually one I can always at least get a few attempts on before it says no surveys. Just wanted to make sure I hadn't done something wrong.

Got the same one here. No credit. But was able to get into another SH and it did credit, so keep trying! :sunshine:

I got this survey earlier today as well. But at the end of it I opted NOT to go check out their website, it thanked me and did not route back to SR, but when I checked, it actually did credit...first time that a SH has ever credited when not re-routing back to SR for me.

Completed an SSI about tires,when I clicked to submit, it went to a new flag page that I don't think I have seen before. No credit.

Just completed a survey for sit down restaurants chains and after completing 20 minutes worth of questions, I got to the last "for classification only" questions and got an "oops. We are having technical difficulties" message and no credit. I have only been able to complete 2 surveys today :headache:

Watch out for the MyView survey that requires you to watch a tv show. It is an hour long show and when I was finishing it up it froze up and of course on refresh it starts the darn show over again. I gave up.

Yeah I started that one last night and it wouldn't go any further after it got to the end of the progress bar at the bottom, probably only watched about 10 minutes of it and it stopped and you couldn't continue it, no button anywhere except to start it over. I clicked off of it too. :(

just tried to do a samplicio and the first question asked me how familiar i was with certain brands so i checked off the ones i knew and hit the next button and the page just sat there for 5 minutes - not moving at all. refreshed the page and another page came up saying i had clicked on an invalid link. went in deleted the cookies and tried again and now samplicio says i don't qualify for any of their surveys at this time. oh well, you win you lose some. guess i can try again later and if i get one great, if not that's okay too. good luck everyone in getting your surveys today.:sunshine:

I'm getting frustrated too. And I have hardly qualified for anything in the last 2 days and when I finally get one, I can't get credit. :headache:

This just happened to me too! It was a SH survey about buying new cars. I answered a ton of questions and they had security questions throughout click 10 strongly agree here, click 5 here etc. I got to the end and it was asking some categorizing questions and then it went to the Oops page!!!!
"Oops!Our system encountered an unexpected error while processing your survey. The error has been logged. We will work to resolve the problem as soon as possible. "
Here is the other info I was able to get about this survey. I would send it into SH but there is no address for problems.

SH-me too. Happened this morning and then again just now. Survey about buying cars. I was about 20% into the survey and got this same error:
"Oops!
Our system encountered an unexpected error while processing your survey. The error has been logged. We will work to resolve the problem as soon as possible."

If you have an issue with Greenfield surveys, you can use our link on our page to report them to me and I can try to get credits for them. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Unfortunately, SurveyHead does not do the same thing for us. :( It does look like credits are coming in for all of the surveys over the last couple of hours.

i am not having good luck today with amp today. i'll start a survey, get told i don't qualify, get the page that says thanks for trying but when i try to take another survey i get the this is embarrassing page. so i then go in, delete the cookies and try again and i still get the this is embarrassing page. oh well, you win some, you lose some. maybe i'll try again later and if i get one that would be great, if not that's okay too. good luck everyone in getting your surveys today.:sunshine:

I have not had a problem with SH but last night about 9:45pm I dd a SSI because it was a "green light". Before I did the survey I cleaned out my cookies and took the survey. I was able to to rate the survey at the end & was told that "thank-you for taking the survey" etc. Well I was not credited immediately last night, even though it was a "green light" and a few minutes ago when I signed on, I still did not have the credit for it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so sick & tired of this!!!!! Very frustrated to give so much of my time to do these surveys and then not get credit for them. It would not be bad if it was once in a while, but this happens to me almost everyday with one survey one day, another one another day. What is up with this????? I really do not think it is my computer because this did not happen when I first started doing these surveys!!!!!!

qzcaroline-was the survey u did a sh or an ssi? sh credits immediately and ssi credits on the hour (sometimes on the 2nd hour). i totally understand your frustration (as i have been in the same position as you) so maybe it is just time to take a short break from surveys for a little while (i did that also) and hopefully it will get better. keep smiling and just remember it will get better - i promise.:sunshine:

I also had an SSI2 (and also a SM survey) from around the same time last night that never credited. I made sure to clear cookies before. Oh well, you win some, you lose some. The last time I had these not credit on the hour (or the second hour), when I logged in the next morning, they were there. No such luck this time. :(

When you are disqualified at the very end it usually means you went to fast in taking the survey...I sometimes do it too and have to make myself go slow so it doesn't happen.

hmmm...i'll have to keep that in mind. don't think that was the case with this particular survey, since i was reading back and forth on facebook while i was doing it, but that is definitely something i'll need to remember. thanks :)

@Mercymajor-It was an SSI survey for .60. Thanks for the "pep talk" and I am glad that there are others who are frustrated also. Maybe I should take a break, which would be too bad because I just became a super member and am trying to stay in that status. I think that is why I get so frustrated when I do not receive credit because I want to stay in the S/M status. We will see what I decide to do. Thank you again and have a great day!!!

In case this comes up...
There is a survey running through the Greenfield and Y2C survey companies that ask if you are willing to download a plug-in. The plug-in is from the Keynote survey company and they are legit. I've been with them for years. So if you run across it just know that it won't mess anything up.

i did a sh this morning about buying a new car and i was about 70% done with it when instead of going to the next page it just sat there and the page froze up. waited a few seconds and hit refresh and luckily it went to the next page and i was eventually able to finish it and it credited. had me a little worried for a while if this is the same survey some people were talking about the last couple of days. if you get this survey and this happens to you, hit refresh and it should go to the next page.

Are you remembering to clear cookies first thing in the morning before starting to take any of the surveys? There should be no reason why you are not getting credit unless there is something else blocking on your computer. Check to make sure you have the settings right to accept all cookies and third party cookies.

I would say I am 50/50 with SM credits.
Most times it is because I don't clear the cookies, other times who knows.
I came to look to see if I got credit for my DS and it didn't credit on the hour, hopefully the next hour. But it does happen. It was a really long one on beer.:cheers: So crossing my fingers. But a bummer if it doesn't.

it's been slow lately for me too but I did just get one and it credited, keep trying.

Let's start with the basics....what operating system are you using (Windows, Mac, version of windows, etc), and what browser do you use? Firefox, Internet explorer, chrome? Someone can help you with your settings with a little more information. It's highly unusual to get the congrats page for a survey and have them not credit on a daily basis. Does this happen with one survey more than others?

where have all the surveys gone? got up early today to get my surveys done and so far i have been able to get a ds and a sm. ssi has no surveys (which means no ssi2) and i have tried the long and the short amp and i keep getting the thanks for trying page on both which means no surveys. i am not complaining just a little confused as i don't usually have a problem getting surveys. oh well, you win some you lose some. i am happy with the 2 i have gotten today and guess i can try again later to get more surveys. if i get them great, if not, that's okay too. good luck everyone in getting your surveys today.:sunshine:

It seems pretty normal for me on the first Monday of the month - it is usually slow going until afternoon. That's why I love the new stoplight system - SSI 1 and 2 are both red right now, so I know it is not just me! :) I think Samplicious was red, too, but I rarely get those. Everything else is yellow for me right now, so I don't expect a lot of availability.
Although I never get up early for surveys, if I did, I would definitely sleep in on a Monday! :rotfl:

I just completed a short (10 minutes) SH survey that did not credit. It was about restaurant daily deals (hope that is not too specific) and it routed back to the SH Thank You page then back to SR, but no credit. I've only had that happen once before. Hope someone else has better luck if you get it - at least it didn't take that long, but still a bummer.

Fourteen minutes into a 15 minute SSI and I was told I didn't qualify, presumably because I didn't buy the DVD in question. Would it have been that hard to ask that question a bit earlier, particularly since I answered questions about the sequel as well as about five other movies? :computer:
It's feeling very Monday-ish all of a sudden. Time to start the laundry!

Is something going on with the SH surveys? I seem to qualify and then I get a page that says redirecting and then I get a page that says you this survey is close in about 12 different languages. I would not worry but this has been going on for a few days. Anyone else or is it me?

The 12 different languages, mean no survey's for you today. Try cleaning out the cookies, maybe it is a timing thing wit SH today. I usually get qualified for a 15 minute one, and then get kicked out and I end up with a 40 0r 45 minute survey. I cringe when I see those. Most times, I click out.

I just did a SH, my first one in a long time. It credited and it was on faucets. I had a chance to do a 8 minute one-got kicked out, then a 17 minute one-kicked out, a 20 minute one-kicked out. The faucet was a 20 minute one and I got credit.

I had a 20 minute SH and the last page said, "submit your survey". No credit, it took me back to "finding me another survey."
Didn't get credit for a SM either today.
Only credit for a DS.

On the contrary, I just got a GF DS survey that lasted all of about five minutes, thought I was getting the boot but it gave me the Congratulations instead...ok, I'll take it, I hope it credits now. :D

I am almost to a point of not bothering with the surveys bc I feel like half the time I don't get my credit for them. Sometimes I do, but I never know, and I hate to spend 20-30 minutes doing a survey and then don't get credit.
I am so disappointed....

are you remembering to clear cookies from the day before? You also need to clear cookies between the two SSI surveys or the second one won't credit. Please read the stickies on taking surveys, they will help you determine what might be the problem.

just tried to do a sh and i keep getting the page that says this survey is closed in english and about a dozen other languages. when i try to attempt another one it keeps going back to the same survey and the same page about this survey being closed. oh well, guess it's just not by day for surveys and that's okay as i have done pretty well so far this month so everyone is entitled to an off day. maybe i will try again later and if i get another survey that would be great, if not i will be happy with the 3 i have managed to get today.:sunshine:

Spent 25 minutes fully completing a SH survey about cars. After it was done the page just sat there transferring date. It said if page does not reroute to "click link below". I did that and a screen came up that said "Unfortunately, there are no surveys for which you qualify. I did not get the credit but I cleared cookies and tried for another SH. I got one and it credited.
But so far today I have had problems with two surveys I have taken without credit.

Made the mistake of trying SM for a third time today. Completed a survey about mattresses. The survey went to the congratulations page and did not credit.
That makes 3 SM I have completed today, they all routed back as usual and not one has credited. :computer::computer:

i know that mondays are usually a hard day to get surveys but i think that most of the surveys have all gone away.:rotfl: i have tried 7 so far this morning and they either don't have any surveys, or i don't qualify for a particular survey or they are filled. on the bright side i have been able to get a ds, sm and an amp today so i am happy with that. guess i can try again later and hopefully these survey companies will add some new surveys. if i get any more that would be great, if not, that's okay too as i am content with the 3 i have already gotten this morning. good luck everyone in getting your surveys today and i hope all the red stoplights turn green real soon.:sunshine:

That happens to most of us on a fairly regular basis; sometimes there are just no surveys available or we don't meet the particular demos they are looking for.

I went to both AMP surveys today and they came up as blocked with my internet security. I just took the short AMP survey yesterday with no problems.
When I clicked to find out why the site was blocked it said there have been 3 reports of malicious downloads without user consent.
Anyone else having this problem? My security settings haven't affected my survey taking thus far, and like I said, I didn't have any issues with the same survey yesterday.

It looks like they kicked you to a special Canadian router but we DID get credit for it. Let me kick this to SG to see why it didn't credit automatically. It might have to do with the way that they are separating the routers. We'll find a way to make it right, though!!

Someone keeps reporting them for malicious downloads although their site doesn't even have anything you can download. They just direct you to the survey. Every time they get reported, they have to "clear their name" again. I really feel sorry for them. :( Someone did that to us once recently as well.

Tricia-based on the info you provided us with a month or so, I have just been ignoring the warning which I have seen a number of times since last weekend. Have had no computer problems and surveys have credited fine.

I got it once this morning; just went back to SH tried again and was able to get into another survey. Other days i get that again and again.

I just paid $200 to get rid of a "fake" pop up that buried itself deep in my computer, that was suppose to help catch spyware. I could not find it anywhere in my computer. I finally gave had enough and took the hard drive in. The computer guy told me, they bury so deep it is almost impossible to find. Everytime I would log onto the internet it popped up and blocked my assess to anything.

Same here. I completed both Samplicious and Give Us Your Two Cents around 8:30pm or so and both have still not credited. The one survey was especially long. :headache::mad:

Not today, but I completed 3 on Sunday that did not credit. Only suggestion I have is any updates to your computer this week? Check your cookie settings? Try another browser (FF works so much better for me).
Its frustrating when they don't credit and you can't figure out why.

this is just an fyi. did a ds this morning about health savings plans and insurance and when i submitted it i got a white generic thank you page and it did not go back to sr nor did i get the congrats page. luckily i was able to get another ds about technology and i got the congrats page and it credited on the hour.

I just had a really annoying experience with a SH on movies. It asked classification questions at both the beginning and the end. At what appeared to be the last question (had one of those little % gages), it asked me what month and year I was born in. Then it told me my answer was out of the acceptable range that it had to be 1957 to 1960. I was born in 1956, but I have had my birthday this year, which means my age range IS 50-54. So I got a "do not qualify" with a 100% finished bar. Grrrr.

i just did a SH and it didn't credit right away or on the hour either......bummer because I did one earlier that I apparently got booted from after I put in my zip code at the end. grrrr......this is one reason I am not doing so many surveys recently, I have luck like this! :p

Just did a Survey Head that did that to me. 30 minutes of watching and review ads and then "sorry, you don't qualify". HUH??????

Got an SSI about a Health Newsletter it said I could stop and restart the surevy if not finished in one sitting and it would take me to last unanswered question, so I copied the invitationinfo in case something happened. I finished the survey and it said, "Thanks for completing our survey the next newsletter will be sent to you in July and then every month for a year, you will also be able to take two more surveys about the newsletter". BUT it just hangs at this page and goes nowhere, so I hit refresh and it restarted the survey so I completed it again I am now at the thank you page but it isn't going anywhere :(

just tried to do a sh about orange juice and when i went to submit an answer to one of the questions a page came up saying "error - please try again later." went to try another survey and an amp came up so i exited out of that one and tried again. it then re-routed back to sr so i guess that means no sh for me this morning but that's okay. will try again later and hopefully sh will add some new surveys as the day goes on. good luck everyone in getting your surveys today.:sunshine:

You can't get them all everyday! :D There will be days when they have no surveys for you for whatever reason....it's normal and happens to all of us. I got a SH yesterday and also the day before, so it's not the survey that you are having trouble with, it's your demographics etc.

Right. It's not a technical problem if your demographics don't match. For people who routinely get several surveys a day, it stands to reason that you would sometimes not have any available. I only do two or three per day and still find that there are none that match my demos, especially on the weekends. :)

Everyone has this problem, probably more often than you do since you are usually at the top of the Big Board. You seem to frequently get five or more surveys per day - I think you just take them faster than the survey companies can add them. :rotfl: There's nothing wrong with the surveys or your computer or your demographics - you have much better luck than many of us. It's a weekend. If SH is routing back to SR, then there are no surveys that match your demos right now. I've had the same problem for the past few days - it is not a technical issue.
I've found the stoplight system to be very helpful. If it is yellow or red, I don't even need to ask if it is just me since I know it isn't. Even when it is on green, I know that sometimes I still won't get one. But yellow and red at least tell me that there are fewer surveys out there. SH has been yellow for days, at least at the times that I have been trying. In contrast, GF has been green and I have been able to get one any day that I have had the time to try.

I think you and the previous posters have made some very good points. I also don't have time to try for every survey daily. I do as many as I can fit in. Sometimes it is just one, but, oh well, I remember when we only had one to try for and I was ecstatic when I got it, lol!:rotfl:
I sometimes think this thread gets away from what I perceive as its true purpose........to alert others when you are getting a true technical issue........not to complain that you haven't gotten this or that survey on any given day. There are a lot of us who don't have luck with getting a particular survey on any given day and just shrug our shoulders and go on.
I truly do not mean to offend anyone. I would just love the forum to be more positive. The only reason I occasionally read this particular thread is to see if there is a technical issue with a particular survey. I think it is good information to have and am grateful for the people who take time out of their busy schedules to post it. Thanks! :sunshine2:

When SH re-routes back to SR, it means that they could not find a survey to match your demographics for you to take...there is no glitch in the survey, this is the way it works and has nothing to do with the survey or the browser. If there is a survey that matches your demographics it will let you take it to the end but you also need to go slow and not rush through it which is what happens sometimes when you suddenly get disqualified in the middle of taking it.
I'm a stay at home full-time housewife and try for whatever is available to me on a given day, I don't sweat the small stuff if I'm unable to get a survey. I don't think people are being defensive or jealous at all, just fed up with the complaining about not being able to get one. I'm happy for the people that get surveys easily..but I'm also not obsessed with getting them all everyday, just be happy with the ones you get and move on! :D

This is exactly my position as well being a SAHM, etc. I have only taken 19 surveys since May 1--no biggie. I am sure I tried more than 19 and did not qualify. Life also got busy this month but I really enjoy SR. It has been an asset when I can make the time.:sunshine:

Someone asked a question and specifically stated in the post that they were NOT complaining but asking if other people were encountering the same situation. I myself have asked the same type of question here before and so far I found everyone to be quite helpful.
I think the problem is people are reading questions as complaints when it just isn't there.
I happen to have time to try at different times of the day for surveys and thankfully, I have been doing very well in getting them. I would not want others to get upset with me or call me a complainer if I would just like to have a question answered. Whether or not someone is "doing well" should not mean they can't ask a question without being viewed as something negative or a complaint.

Well, I can't speak for anyone else, but I'm not feeling jealous or defensive. SR has more opportunities than I have time to take advantage of them, and I am grateful for each opportunity.
My post was an attempt to help others utilize the tools that SR has put in place for us. The stoplight system is very helpful to me to know which surveys are plentiful and which are not. If there is a red light, I am not going to post to say I haven't got a Samplicious in four weeks. It should be apparent to anyone who looks that Samplicious surveys are hard for many of us to get.
Surveyhead does not have a screen that says "We're sorry - there are no surveys for you" like SSI, AMP, GF and MV. If the page routes to SR, they have no surveys for you. It is not a glitch.
My preference (which is just my preference since I am not a moderator) is that this thread be used to post actual technical problems. I would prefer not to sift through pages of "I've only gotten the following five surveys today - how come?" to find out that the survey that I actually had a real problem with was reported three pages ago. But that is just my personal preference because I want to see the actual issues, not read vents of people who don't qualify. If this is supposed to be a vent thread, then fine. It is more helpful to me to see the surveys that are actually technical issues since we all have different demographics and qualify for different things. But it's not all about me! :)

I think the reason it starts to be read as a complaint, even though she specifically defends herself and says she's truly not complaining, is that this question is asked by the same poster on a DAILY basis. So yeah, after a while, I would call it complaining. I wouldn't say I'm jealous, but I do find it annoying that this post is essentially repeated so often from the same person who goes on to say she's *only* gotten five surveys so far today.
I've said it before and I'll say it again. I don't think getting 8 surveys a day, every day, is the norm even though it may be theoretically possible. Eventually, you just take all the surveys that are available and are stuck drawing blanks until they add more. It happens. A few months ago, a handful of people who regularly got 5+ surveys a day thought there was a serious technical issue when they suddenly didn't qualify for most on a regular basis. Those of us who got 3 or less regularly didn't have any problems. It's all a matter of perspective.
I'm not trying to get you upset, Jennifers and I don't recall seeing anything that would make me think you're doing an awful lot of complaining! It's wonderful that you're doing so well. There's a world of difference between asking this question occasionally and asking the same one on a daily basis.

okay, i got a DS about pain relievers, and, while this isn't a problem, per se, i just wanted to warn everyone that it is unbelievably LOOOOONG! i spent almost 30 minutes just on one page! the entire survey took over 1 1/2 hours. it was ridiculous. however, i DID complete it and i got credit! :)

I just got a new laptop and thought I had everything set up to go, but I'm not able to get any surveys. I get in to complete the demographic info, but on the next step where I'm being routed to the survey it just stays on that survey loading page trying to load. It's not frozen. I can see it's trying to load. I've tried a couple of different surveys and am having the same problem so I'm thinking I don't have something set correctly on my laptop. Anyone have any suggestions?
FYI--I was using Windows XP on my old laptop and this one is running Windows 7. Could that be the problem?
UPDATE: I'm thinking it's just a bad night for me for surveys. I've been able to get to some of them, but haven't been able to qualify. Will see what tomorrow brings. However, I'm still open to suggestions if anyone has any words of wisdom. :)

I sometimes have that problem on my laptop. I also sometimes get into a survey, but then it hangs up and I get a message that the survey is taking longer than expected and I might not be able to continue (or something like that). I found two things - my Flash was not up to date (I had gotten the updates available notice, but hadn't done the updates) and my router sometimes seems to drop the signal, even though my cable modem has all the lights on saying it is connected. I usually reset my router if that happens. Hope this helps!

When I see the red lights, I don't want to do the survey's either, but I feel, someone has to try and get credit so the lite can change.
I did a Greenfield DS just now and it didn't credit back to Sunshine's Site. This is the 2nd one this month that didn't credit. Luckily I copy the URL and I reported it. But I didn't get credit yet for the last one I reported.

Just did a My View that took me through the entire survey about Healthcare. Took about 20 minutes. At the very end after I finished every question and did the classification purposes questions, I got the "sorry, you didn't qualify for this survey". It did not credit.:computer:

Thanks! I remember when they credited the day after, there was some chance that these would credit at a later time and we were not to report them as errors. Now that GF credits hourly, I didn't know if they were considered errors or not. I reported it with the statement that I didn't know if it was the kind of error they wanted reported or not. :D
I was able to get another DS that just credited, so I don't need the credit from the one I reported, but I thought GF might like to know it didn't route correctly. :sunshine:

Wish I had read this thread before taking this same survey. Got the same message and also reported it. I don't know about crediting, but I can tell you it has been a very very very long time since I've gotten credit for any survey I've reported.

Same for me too, it's been a really long time since I was unable to a least get a DS at some point during the day. Haven't had this bad a survey day in a long time...it can only get better from here! :D

Rough day for surveys!:computer:
I tried this morning (while the kids were at school) for almost 3 hours...nothing!
Tried just after dinner...nothing!
But I hung in there and started trying again at 8, after the kids went to bed... and I just completed my 5th one for the day!:cooldance: Persistence paid off!
I have to work the next two days and I am only 12 surveys away from my monthly goal. Since I doubt I'll get any in the next two days, I have to maximize my opportunities.

i know how u feel. tried for my ds earlier and it only had a couple of options for me. first 2 i tried were closed and then i was told i did not qualify for about 2 more. went to try again and all the options were totally gone and now there are no new surveys available for me so that means no sm survey for me either this morning. oh well, you win some you lose some and some days are better survey days than others. iluvamystery-i promise it will get better. keep smiling and good luck getting your surveys today.:sunshine:

Since the DD woke me up a little earlier than I'd planned, I decided to try to squeeze in a survey...
I got a DS on the first try!:blush:

I have two problems today:
1. Give Us Your 2 Cents has been a "reported attack page" since yesterday.
It will not allow me to click past it.
2. I was in the middle of Greenfield survey tonight and I think I was almost done when my internet stopped responding and now when I try to get into Greenfield again the page just sits there and loads forever and nothing moves.
Any ideas what's going on or what I can do?

got a DS this morning about cell phones, and it just....ends. it says i'm going to be watching a video and i should press play, but there are NO BUTTONS to click!!! :computer:

3rd day in a row and the DS didn't credit.
Today it was on Dishwashing procedures, soaps, etc.
Spent about 15 minutes on it, answering a ton of questions.
Came to usage and it took me out. I hate those, I feel like they get all your answers they want, then eliminate you on something so trivial.

My last two DS have credited fine for me but my last two SM surveys have not and I got all the way to the end on both of them. The first one I did actually get the congrats page and the one yesterday it just hung there twirling around and finally timed out? :computer:

Just did a DS about cell phones, tablets and computers. 45 minutes. At the end you enter your phone number for a follow up survey which I did. I kept getting a message to enter a number even though I did enter my real phone number, then tried my cell number, same message so the survey did not submit. I usually just roll with surveys, but this is the 3rd time in the last week that a completed DS ended without going back to the SR congrats screen. Now, of course there are no surveys.

I hear ya! I get annoyed when that happens and I always think to myself that they got all my well thought out input from me for free. :computer:
Of course it just so happens they tell me I didn't qualify AFTER I gave them all the answers they needed. :mad:

Have a question about SH.
Has anyone gotten a survey from them from a page that's called 'Quick Surveys'? It's the first one I've completed thru "quick surveys" and I completed and it routed back here to SR-yet no instant credit. I'm assuming that means that it will NOT credit?

Not sure. When I've been routed to it I say no because it appears to be the same company that does GF and 2Cents.

Ah, that could be the problem. Thought it looked like an SM survey-but not quite the same, so I wasn't sure if it was the same company.

i have tried all morning to get a sh and each time i think i am going to get one a page comes up saying i don't qualify and i didn't even get to answer one question. oh well, you win some you lose some and some days are better for getting a sh than others. guess i can try again later and hopefully sh will add some surveys and i can get one. if not, that's okay too as there is always tomorrow to try again. good luck everyone in getting your surveys today.:sunshine:

totally completed an ssi1 and when i went to submit it all it did was sit there and not move. refreshed the page and a page came up saying thank you for completing our survey. it never went to the star page and it did not credit. when i tried to do another ssi the page would not load at all. oh well, you win some you lose some. guess i can try again later and hopefully i can get one. good luck everyone in getting your surveys today.:sunshine:

I have a quick question. If I have not received a gift card that I cashed out for on 4/11/11 should I fill out a trouble ticket? It says that gift cards take 4-6 weeks and it is past the six week mark. The first time I cashed out for one I had it in about the 4 week time frame. I still have not received it and am nervous that I will not get it. I would like to know if they have mailed it out to me as of yet because it is for a substancial amount that I worked hard to get! I checked my name & address and all is correct. I am very nervous that I am not going to get this. I also just cashed out for another 2 gift cards today. I would appreciate any & all information that you can give me.

i can totally feel your pain. have been trying for a few hours to get a sh and when i think it is going to send me to a survey all it does is just tell me that i don't qualify and this goes on about 7 or 8 times until it finally re-routes back to sr. tried getting a mv today and they have no surveys available and haven't had any since friday. oh well, you win some you lose some and some survey days are better than others. hopefully sh and mv will add some surveys as the day goes on and maybe i can at least get one of them. if not, that's okay too. good luck getting your surveys today.:sunshine:

I bought a new computer, which I love! But now anytime I try to take a SSI or SSI2 survey it stops at the verify page and says I cannot take the survey and gives a list of reasons why and none of them apply to me. My computer is registered in the correct country, and I have not done any wrong behavior. What is going on here:computer:

Two DS in a row, one last night and one just now..I got this message after getting all the way to the demographics at the end both times? Makes no sense to me because I never took this survey before and I did go really slow because it happened last night to me and I wanted to make sure I didn't rush? :computer:

if u r referring to a page that has flags at the top, u have done nothing wrong. all that means is that you might have taken the survey b4. whenever i get that page i just hit my back button on my browser and it will either take me to another survey or tell me that there are no more surveys available. no flag page, I get that all the time too and know what it means...this is entirely different and I've never seen it before last night.

Pam-is the page that u r referring to a white page not the normal you do not qualify page that comes up and lets you take another survey? what i was talking about was the flag page for ssi not the ds. does that make sense?

Do you think I should wait to clear cookies till the top of this hour, or chalk it up as lost and try to get another one. I know I completed it, took my time and got the thank you and rate this survey page so I am not sure what went wrong :(

That happens to me a couple of times a month and the survey almost always credits on the top of the second hour. I would wait.

I finally finished a Survey on my IPad, ya!
But I didn't get credit.
It was a Super Member Greenfield.
I bet I have to empty the history out-it's so wierd owning an Apple Product.
You don't have to worry about Virus's, or pop-up ads.
Just clean out your History Cache.
I don't understand how the Apple Product can totally protect it's products, and Micro-soft can't.

Did an SSI 2 on stickers which said it would take only 10 minutes. It actually took closer to a half hour and I did not get credit. :(

I'm sorry you didn't get credit. I had that one today as an SSI and it did credit. Just a thought....did you do an SSI first, then an SSI 2 and clear cookies after the SSI credited?

For those who were having issues with the SH surveys this morning and not being able to get past the catcha. I was having that issue also but I just tried again and got past it and in to a survey and got credit for it. Just and FYI to try again. Good luck!

I got one last nite. First time in a very long time.
Seems lately I am answering so many pre-qualification questions, then I get to the actuall survey and have to reanswer again. Then I take the survey and it says, "survey is now closed". How is the survey closed-I just answered a ton of your questions.
Sorry, just having a few bad days. It just seems like I am answering more pre-qualification questions, that doing any surveys.

OK..I can understand qualifiers, but this is ridiculous when you are 12 minutes into a survey with VERY specific focused questions and then get bumped out..it is this type of experience that can turn you off of surveys...just venting.

Now I am annoyed and I am venting.
Just took a 25 minute survey from Greenfield for pain relievers.
I had to evalate different ads and tell them if I remember them and which brands they were for. I answered about 50 questions. Then AFTER all the classification questions at the very end, instead of the thank you from Greenfield page, I got "sorry but you don't qualify". I wasted my whole lunch hour on this.
I am cashing out now and not going to do surveys for awhile.

They are really pulling some stunts and can't be upset when people quit participating.

We continue to ask the survey companies about these "do not qualify" pages and they tell us that almost every single time it happens it is because either the person taking the survey went faster than what they believed it should take on the survey or there was a trick question embedded to make sure that the person was paying attention and that question was missed. :(

I definitely understand that. I can't recall the last time it happened to me, so I was surprised.
For SSI specifically, I have never understood how they estimate time for surveys. When I was kicked out, I had spent about the same amount of time the estimate was and hadn't gotten into any real research questions. It usually takes me about twice the estimated time to complete a survey on SSI.
Did complete a GF, so the evening wasn't lost :)

just tried to do an amp and it told me that i qualified for a survey so when i hit submit another page came up saying that my session was already over.:confused: haven't done one since yesterday morning (more than 24 hours ago) so i definitely don't understand this message at all. is anyone else having this problem or am i all alone here? oh well, you win some you lose some. guess i can try again later and hopefully i can get one. if not, that's okay too. good luck everyone in getting your surveys today.:sunshine: i was just in the middle of doing a mv on lip balms and either my computer died or the survey died put all it did was just sit there and not move to the next page. hit refresh and the mv log in page came up. went in deleted the cookies and tried again and now they say there are no surveys available. must not be my day for surveys and i can live with that. maybe it will get better as the day goes on.

I finished my DS around 7:30 and while it didn't credit at 8, I think it did credit sometime around 9. I went to read my book for a while instead and it was there when I came back.
