Ever since I joined SR, I have NEVER been able to access amp short or long surveys.

It gives me a scroll down type menu allowing me to start my own profile, then if I scroll down a little more it asks about which country i'm from, then I scroll down more and it asks for my gender with a pull down tab (but no options), and it just keeps on going. I hope this makes sense in what i'm seeing, but I can never get past this screen to even attempt to qualify for the survey.

Does anyone else have issues with the Amp surveys?

I have that issue with the short AMP. Sometimes it also happens with the long AMP, but I find if close out and go back in (or particularly if I am routed to AMP surveys through another company and close out), I can sometimes get it to load properly. It is an error with the intro page loading. I don't think we are supposed to be getting all of those questions on the first page. I think they are supposed to be one at a time. I have cleared cookies and still can't get it to load properly.

I usually don't even try AMP because of this, but I will occasionally get routed properly for the long AMP. I don't think it has ever routed properly for me for the short AMP.

just tried to do an amp and nothing would load so i hit refresh and a page came up saying that i had already reached my limit for this survey for the day. i find that kind of weird as i haven't done one since yesterday morning.:confused: went in deleted the cookies and tried again and now i get the this is embarrassing page. oh well, u win some, u lose some. guess i can try again later. if i get 1 that would be great if not, that's ok too as tomorrow is another day to try again. good luck everyone in getting your surveys today.:sunshine:

Just completed a MV. Got the thank you page but when it clicked to the MV registration page, that page looks completely different. It's still the MV registration page like always but looks different-wonder if the survey will credit? it was on internet security-and I went really slow and didn't miss a quailifer......hmmmmm.....

Maybe this is a sign that I shouldn't even attempt an SM until October 1st. Every time I do try one recently to see if it will actually credit there is some technical problem.

DS seems to be fine now. Maybe if you were trying for surveys just after midnight on the 1st of the month, they might be updating their system/computers etc?

i just totally completed a sm survey on energy drinks (spent almost 40 minutes on it) and instead of getting the congrats page i got the white generic thank you page. what is going on here? this is the 3rd or 4th time in the last 2 days that i have gotten this page and the survey hasn't credited. am beginning to get just a wee bit frustrated by this as i spend all this time taking a survey and i receive nothing for my efforts. almost makes me want to stop taking surveys. guess i can try again later. so sorry for my rant. just tried to take another sm and a page came up saying that the page cannot be displayed. refreshed the page and nothing happened. went in, deleted my cookies and tried again and now there are no options and no new surveys available for me. oh well, u win some u lose some. guess it's just not my day for surveys.

Will someone please refresh my middle-aged mind on when SH credits? I just completed my first one since Aug 5 and noticed it didn't credit right away, which I was expecting it to do. Has this changed and I missed it? (Or maybe it isn't going to credit?)

I am trying to get back actively taking surveys and am off to a good start today, as I have already taken and gotten credit for two!

Every time I've gotten an SH that credits, it credits immediately-by routing back to the SR page. I've heard of people getting an SH that credits later(on the hour) but I haven't personally experienced that.

SM(or Y02) credits on the hour-or actually about 10 minutes after the hour, and sometimes it takes up to the 2nd hour to credit.

And SCard-I haven't done an SM at all-only do Y02 -because the SM still isn't crediting for me this quarter....

What's up with surveys? I completed OTX Long & Surveyhead & both credited. Then I completed a Global Test market and it did not credit on the hour neither did the SSI I completed after that. I hope this isn't a sign because I just completed the weekly survey and then a DS.....

Update: the DS and SSI did credit at the top of the second hour, the Global never did credit and I do not have a clue when the weekly one credits but I would love to clear my cookies and try some others. ANyone know how long it takes for weekly to credit or if I can clear cookies and still get the credit?

This is what SH is always like for me. I've figured it out that when the "regular" SH surveys don't apply to me, it cycles to AMP (which I x out of) and then to Quick Surveys, which is the same company as GF it seems. If I've already taken my DS and SM survey, I just take the Quick Survey one through SH and have never had a problem with it. I know once it starts going to the amp and then the QS, if I don't qualify for that, there won't be anymore available.

Actually it would make more sense for me to take it if I get it as long as I've already done my DS because SH pays more than SM...hmmmm...

yep, they've always credited just fine for me when I've taken them through SH! Even when I don't qualify for the first Quick Survey (SH version) and it asks if I want to try another with the regular QS screen, I click "try another" on that screen and if I qualify and complete it, it routes back the way a regular SH does and I get the credit instantly.

Hope this helps you get more surveys! :)

I finally got my first SSI-1 after about 2 weeks. No credit.

I have been getting AMPS very sparodically and yesterday I got some kind of message that said something like, "you seem to have taken your share of survey's and nome are available for you."

I get that message fairly often with AMP and I don't do even try their surveys very often as I don't have the time/patience to spend 30/45 minutes or more to get into one of their surveys so it's kind of strange to get that message.

Just wanted to let you know after that AMP panel experience...I just tried for another AMP and it did let me in this time and I just completed one which routed the normal way when I finished! :)

lkat-i am happy that u were able to get another amp. i just tried to do another amp and i got the this is embarrassing page again. guess it's just not my day for surveys. just tried amp again and it sent me to the same survey about joining the community. exited out, deleted the cookies and got the this is embarrassing page again. finally got into a mv and i was 10 minutes into a 20 minute survey on word games and was told i did not qualify. i hate to say this but i am giving up on surveys for today. i gave ssi one more try this afternoon and i finally got 1 on hospitals. it was kind of long but i totally completed it and it just credited. i now have 4 surveys for today and that makes me feel a lot better.

iluvamystery-i can totally relate to what u r saying and i can feel your pain. when i first logged in this morning to start my surveys i could not get a ds and amp wanted me to join a community that when u finish their survey it does not credit. i also tried a sh and had no luck either. i waited a little while (did other surveys and other things) and tried again and managed to get a ds about movies (even though no options applied to me) and an amp about purchasing a new car and both have already credited. all sh does is just re-route back to sr so no surveys available for me to take now. just take a deep breath, drink a cup of coffee, walk away from your computer for a little while and then try again. keep smiling - it will get better - i promise.:sunshine: if i can get surveys i believe you can too. have a great day.:sunshine:

what's up with sh and mv? so far this month i have only been able to get 2 sh's and 3 mv's. i'm not complaining - i'm just a little confused:confused: as to why all of a sudden i am not able to get these surveys as often as i used to. guess they don't like my demos anymore.:rotfl: tried for both of them this morning and could not get either one. oh well, u win some, u lose some. on the bright side i have done pretty well with my ds, sm, ssi, ssi2 and amp and even managed to get 2 global test market surveys. haven't gotten a samplicio yet this month but i do try multiple times a day. good luck everyone in getting your surveys today and thanks for letting me vent a little.:sunshine:

Just finished a very quick and enjoyable SH. Went to the thanks for your time, went back to the SR page and didn't credit! I took a SH around 8:30 last night, did I do this one to soon??

sammielynn-according to the sh page you can take one once a day so i am guessing that that means anytime (not strict like amp that is on a 24 hour clock) during the day. as it does not follow any kind of time schedule u should be able to take 1 at night and then again the next day (this is my own personal opinion so if i am wrong maybe someone else could chime in). so sorry that your sh did not credit. I am trying to take a SH but after I put it all my qualifying info and it goes to the next page (with the captcha code) but there is no next button or any button at all to click to move on. Has this happened to anyone else?

I think they must all be out of surveys this morning. Before work I saw almost all red lights. I was unable to even GET into one single survery. Got the same thing you did with GF; as soon as I logged in I got the no surveys screen.

Worst morning I have had since I joined SR back in January 2010. Until today I have always been able to complete at least one survey before I leave for work.

Not sure I did not get that today, try changing your browser, I like Chrome for Shead even better for me than Mozilla.

You were right, I took a SH in IE with no problems. Like Google Chrome? How well does it work for other surveys? I would like to just use one browser for everything.

I like to for GF it is faster for me, AMP is okay but it you get one with pictures of stars and if asks you if you like them that is only time Chrome does not work right for me, it does not give you the full page of people, so you lose out on that survey. I use it for SSi 1 and 2, I use Mozilla for AMp and Gf.

finally got into a samplicio this morning and was on the last page of their survey about daily deal sites and i put in my income and clicked on finish and nothing happened. the page just sat there and did not go to the thank you page. refreshed the page and tried again and it still did not move and of course it did not credit. went in deleted the cookies and tried again and now samplicio says i don't qualify for any of their surveys. guess it's just not my day to get a samplicio survey. on the bright side i was able to get a mv and it just credited so that made me feel better.

Happens everyday to me...they just don't have a survey for you at the moment, keep trying though as they add surveys all the time throughout the day. Even if you are getting that flag page now, you might get a survey later on today and sometimes not, you might have to wait for another day. HTH

another thing...when you get that flag page don't close out of it, hit the back button and another survey will sometimes pop up...just keep clicking back until it actually tells you that they do not have any surveys for you at the moment.

This is what I do too. I'd personally rather take two seconds and be given the flag page because I either don't qualify or have already taken it rather than spend 20 minutes on the survey to find out the same thing! It's one of the reasons I tend to like SSI better....they tell you pretty quickly if you have anything available or not.

I just did that same survey with the same results, I could not believe it...knowing someone else had problems makes me think it is a glitch on their end. Doesn't make me feel better about it though! :(

Jaydubz-in answer to your question about samplicio surveys, so far this month i have gotten 1 and that was on wednesday of this week. i can usually qualify for a few a month but i have noticed that i am qualifying less or that my demos just don't match their surveys. i still try every day to get 1 and if i do it's great, if not i just try again the next day. i have had the weirdest experiences with surveys this morning. i was going along quite well on a ds about movies (61% done according to the line graph) and answered a question and was told i did not qualify for the survey. tried to take another 1 and there were no more options or new surveys available so that means no sm survey either. oh well, u win some u lose some and i guess i can try again later and hopefully gf will add some new surveys. my first attempt at a sh this morning took me to a survey that i think was in italian not english so i did not qualify for that one, tried another 1 and got the page that said that this survey was closed in 14 different languages, attempted a third one and managed to get 1 and it just credited. some days are just better survey days than others. good luck everyone in getting your surveys today.:sunshine:

Ugh...so disappointing. Finally got a SH today, the advertising rating ones...those are my favorite! Get to the end...."survey results are being examinated" with a bunch of words in Japanese. No credit. Darn. I haven't gotten one of those in a long time, and sad not to get credit. Also have lots of trouble with SSI lately, with the flag screen and you have already tried stuff. Probably out of luck for the $100 in the contest, but would LOVE $50!

Yes, you can get credit for both the same day. The thing is, you MUST clear cookies after the first one credits and before you start the second., and then again fresh the next day. Some have also found that if you try them back to back even after clearing cookies, it doesn't work well. I wait a little while if I try for both or try for something else in between.

Glad to hear I'm not alone. Since yesterday-SH-I fill in the qualifying info like always, but it immediately goes back to SR. Doesn't give me the "I am not a robot" stuff, nor closed surveys, nor the car one-just right back to the SR page.

Get that from time to time and I take no where the amount of surveys you do. Sounds like you used all of them up for now. It's a weekend and getting close to the end of the month, so things get a little more scarce.

i just did a bj survey thru ssi2 on beer and at the end it said thank you for completing the survey but there was no box to access the survey site so i did not get the star page or the page that said that my answers have been successfully submitted. keeping my fingers crossed that this credits but i have my doubts. well it didn't credit on the 1st hour - will see if it credits on the 2nd hour. it did not credit on the 2nd hour either. bj gets a completed survey out of me that i spent 40 minutes on and i get nothing. oh well, u win some u lose some. guess i can try again later. i definitely don't think today is going to be a good survey day for me. no ds (got told i did not qualify for 9 and now no more options or new surveys available), no sm and ssi2 has no more surveys available. guess some days are better survey days than others and i know that mondays are rough days to get surveys so i will attempt some of these later on. if i get any of them that would be great, if not there's always tomorrow to try again. good luck everyone in getting your surveys today and thanks for letting me vent a little.

Have taken a few surveys that I have not been credited for. What do I do?

First of all-welcome. I was new too just over a year ago. So ask away-you'll get lots of helpful suggestions.

Couple of questions-which surveys? Are you using ccleaner or just clearing cookies? Cleaning your cache every day?

If that brings a ....what?

1. there's a thread here somewhere that is titled "new members-start here..." that has lots of help.
2. you must at least clear cookies at least once a day. Most survey companies credit on cookies-and if the cookie from yesterday is still in the cache, the computer thinks you've already done a survey today and won't credit.
3. what are the privacy settings on your computer? Sometimes that will get in the way too.
4. You must clear cookies between taking ssi and ssi2. Also, it's good to try and take a survey between taking ssi and ssi2-even if you've cleaned cookies.
5. Also, I tend to leave the completion page/congrats page up until the survey has credited. Either walk away from the computer or open another page.

Sometimes you can do everything correctly. I cleaned out my cache and history. Did my 2nd SI survey-and no credit last nite nor this morning. I did get 2 Freebie offers.

I so agree with this! I does get a little bit annoying after a while. I like to come to this thread to see if other people are having the same problems as me not to see if someone doesn't qualify for a survey. Well now I will get off the soapbox too. :rotfl: I see sunshine rewards as bonus money and I am so thankful for all the chances we have to make money with sunshine rewards. The sad part is that it is much harder for us to recognize when there is a real problem with a particular survey because of the posts because the real problems get lost in it. Perhaps you guys expressing your distaste at reading these posts all the time will make them stop. Sorry guys! I wish we could do more.

most of my points have already been stated but wanted to give my 2 cents 9 no pun intended LOL) but I work full time, have a short window of opportunity of time at night and I always check the forum for issues and would like it to be quickly but there are a few unnecessary posts on this thread that waste my time reading :) I hope it can get back to true reasons of technical or any other errors or issues with particular surveys. thanks sunshine for all of the opportunities! :sunshine:

What bothers me about the "can't qualify" posts (besides having to weed through them to find any real issues) is that I think they can be discouraging to new members. It is not a realistic expectation for the average person to get all nine surveys every day. If you have hours to spend on surveys and are fortunate to have very desirable demographics, you can do very well. But when someone complains that they have only gotten five surveys and there are no more surveys, it can be discouraging to people who try very hard and only get one or two surveys each day.

I am happy if I get three surveys each day. On busy days, Monday mornings, and the end of the month, I am happy with one because I see my account is growing. If the planets align and I get five or more, I am doing a happy dance for the wonderful opportunity SR has provided for me to earn a little extra vacation money. :sunshine:

My three surveys a day won't land me on the Big Board, but I am earning money steadily and enjoying the community here. :)

Even so, I wouldn't post that I can't qualify. The stoplight system lets me know if surveys are plentiful, and if I don't qualify, it is almost always due to my personal demographics or to a general lack of surveys, not to a technical issue.

Thank you for your input, Janet. I get frustrated with a lot of whining and have been vocal in the past about this. The problem I have is when someone gets up at an ungodly hour to do surveys, complains by 4 or 5 or 6AM before some of us are even up, then a few hours later posts about getting a six pack. Perhaps they should wait before complaining. It looks bad for new members coming on the forum to see posts such as this.

Are you getting to the page with the stars where you rate the survey? I usually leave the following page up for a while, but I am not sure it makes any difference.

I'm not sure why it wouldn't credit if the others do, especially if you are getting past the star page. I hope someone else has an answer for you! :)

so you've gotten to the star page-rated it-clicked on "complete survey" (or whatever the button says)-and gone to another page that says "your answers have been received and go a long way to.....". Have you tried leaving that page up-walking away from the computer? Once in awhile I've had ssi's take up to 2 hours to credit but not usually. Maybe you're clearing too quickly.

What other surveys are you getting credit for? It's really strange that you wouldn't get credit for any of the ssi's.

Just took an SSI on mobile phones. Said it had one last question...at the end it asked me if I wanted to join their panel which would require me to download something onto my phone. I said no and then it said I didn't qualify for the survey :mad: Really wish they would ask that kind of stuff at the beginning if it's required for credit.

I had this happen to me a while back, I use Firefox when I examined the cookies that should be there for this survey somehow in FF I was missing a couple of them, I made sure I added them into FF and from then on I have not had a credit issue. I tried the survey in Chrome to get the cookies that I needed to make sure they were added in FF. What browser are you using, check those cookies.

I use Firefox as my browser and have much better luck than with IE.

CCleaner is a free utility program that clears cookies. You can download it for free. I use it instead of clearing cookies in my browser; it will clear any browsers you have installed all at once.

I am guessing this is the same survey I took as a DS and it thanked me too but no credit. Mine was about what I would like to see when car buying: Price guarantees, future trade in guarantees based on Kelley Blue book, etc. I had to rank and rate everything....does that sound like the survey?

Please remember that we cannot mention brand names at all when we talk about the surveys. It's part of the contract that we signed with them. We can talk about them generally but cannot mention ANY brand names. It makes sense because it would tip off competitors that the brand is surveying and then the competitors would try to take the surveys to see what the brand is thinking about doing.

It would not share information or take my name or anything.
I did down load it, because I wanted to see if I would get credit. Nope, it didn't even take me back to the congradulations screen and no credit.

tricia, honestly, i'm ready to cry. i DID get an AMP and a SH, got the thank you page on both, but the SH did NOT credit. it's very discouraging, and not fair. i spent almost 30 minutes on that SH.

ETA: okay, here's something i've never seen before: my SH credited on the hour with my AMP. they've always credited immediately. but hey, i got the credit-that definitely made my day sunshine-ier! :banana: :sunshine2:

That said...if you are at the point of wanting to cry I would definitely take a break for a day or two. Surveys shouldn't cause that much stress for you. Good luck!

Congrats on getting the two surveys today. That's what I got and I'm really happy. I might try for more later, but right now other things need to get done first.

4th morning in a row with no DS. The only survey I qualified for asked me to download and install a program and join a community. I think others had had problems with this one but not having much luck with DS recently I thought I might as well give it a shot. Answered all the questions, downloaded and installed the program and the survey never went back to the DS page so I know this one won't credit.

Now no more options for me. Not sure if its worth it to keep trying these, but glad SR has other survey companies.

So i've officially been a SR member for 46 days now! :party:

BUT, since i've become a member, i've NEVER been able to access ANY of the AMP surveys! Not once. It always gives me the 'uncompleted' survey (where it looks like it's not fully loaded) and/or the "this is embarrassing but it seems we don't have any surveys..."

I mostly get the messed up survey.

Can there be something wrong with my system? I would love to complete 5 surveys to qualify for the new bonus that's going on (have 4 already, YTC isn't crediting at all for me right now and am not qualifying for any other surveys) and it just stinks that I really only have 6 surveys to choose from (have never qualified for SSI2 either)..

Make sure you go into your computer and delete the downloaded program. Uninstall. It doesn't go by it's name, but you should find it by day and time.

That is usually one of the easy ones for me, and with the contest going on, it is SOOOO frustrating to be sitting on EIGHT:headache:.

Same thing just happened to me, but it hasn't been long enough to tell if it will credit. In your case, I would definitely clear cookies and try again.

I think it is. The last 2 GTM's I took I thought it seemed as if I completed them and it just gave me that same "thanks for your participation" screen. Didn't credit either time. I forget what it's says when you finish one that will actually credit. Something makes me think there's something else added to that little statement but can't remember what...it's been awhile :)

I completed the DS between 6:30-7AM. SM around 7:45AM. For whatever reason I did not have any of the issues that I have seen others have been experiencing since last night; I was kind of surprised. If it makes any difference I use Firefox.

Thanks Scard, I keep thinking they are loading new surveys. I looked for issues and I see posts on rewards boards that people have been having trouble since yesterday starting mid morning. I completed DS yesterday at 10:30am. My ? would be how it can be okay for a short period of time then start again, unless they are having servers issues again. Waiting to see if Trish has an ideas or knows anything.

I agree I finally was able to get in and complete one. What I noticed is there were new surveys. I had said I thought they may be loading new surveys, It obvious to me that they did that. At least for me it has been a struggle for the last couple of months. Mine did credit so I am thinking yours did to.

I took the same one and I got credit just now for it. That survey had a bunch of disqualifiers in it where you had to select a certain answer to pass it. Maybe you missed one of those.

Just took an SSI that took about 30 minutes on hotel stays. The bar indicated I was almost at the end when it asked how likely you would be to stay at each hotel. A message kept appearing that I had not checked one of the hotels when I did. I refreshed several times, but the message kept appearing so clearly there is something wrong on that particular page. The survey would not advance to complete it, so be aware.

Iteach, that was in the offers page, weekly ad the last one was 9-23 and it is gone now. I would guess because SH has had no new ads surveys for a while.

DH got this survey as a DS about two days ago. It was on ads for a certain foreign destination. He took his time, got to the last question and then was informed he did not qualify for the survey.

Re ad survey. It's off the offer page-and think it's back in regular SH. Last couple of days with SH, I eventually get to a white screen that says "it seems youv'e already taken this survey"-and then I just get a continuous loop of filling out the captcha and going nowhere until I get frustrated and give up on SH.

completed a DS about 11:40 pm ET, which should have credited on the midnight hour...it didn't. it's now the 1:00am hour ET, and STILL no credit. i am NOT a happy camper. i took the survey specifically for it to credit just after midnight, so it would count toward tomorrow, because i'm going to be pressed for time in the morning, now i'm still going to be pressed for time, because the stupid thing didn't credit! :computer:

Good news/bad news. I got a 2 minutes SSI that was two pages long. The bad news....It won't send me to the star page, just keeps sending me to server time out.
