I just added a paid click for .05 to SR to make up a tiny bit for survey problems. It's open to everyone but there are only 50 available and I am not telling anyone else about it. So if you all hurry, you should be able to get it. :sunshine:

I just completed a long DS about several different makeup brands and a couple of different product types, but I did get the Congrats page. Not sure if it was the same one or not, but it took 25 minutes. Sorry yours did not finish correctly!

I took the same one just now and it got to the end and got the white congrats page instead of the greenfield congrats page.

I just completed a Greenfield survey on shower heads.
I got to the end of the survey (about 15 minutes) and it said sorry but I already took this survey.

DH just completed another Samplicious that did not credit. It was on different car features. Seems like the Samplicious surveys are only crediting about 50% of the time for us.

I completed a My View last night where I had to watch a FULL 30 minute episode of a TV show on a main web TV streaming site and then answer questions. It thanked me for taking the survey at the end but never told me how many my view "points" I got for taking the survey. Only happened once that way before and no credit either time...sigh.

i just got that survey from mv and was about 13 minutes into it when it redirected and said the survey was full. so sorry u did not get credit for it. it sounded like it would be an interesting survey to take as i like to watch tv shows online (less commercials). now mv has no new surveys available for me. oh well, guess i can try again later. keep smiling - it will get better - i promise. good luck getting your surveys today.:sunshine:

Just took a MyView and it went to the page that told me I could earn 350 points from the survey but then this page came up:

"The website which referred you did not pass a valid identifier. We recommend you return to the referrer site and try their link again. Please contact customer service at our referrer's website."

I never saw this message before.
I just checked and did get credited, though.

i think today is my day for long surveys. my ds was over an hour long, both ssi and ssi2 were about 40 minutes and the mv i just finished was almost 50 minutes. on the bright side the samplicio i took this morning was only 15 minutes long. the best thing is they all credited so that makes it all worthwhile. good luck everyone in getting your surveys today.:sunshine:

SM survey on facial skin creams. Said an error occurred about 15 minutes in at the end of reviewing 12 different sets of products. Clicked on link to try and refresh survey and it said "sorry but this survey has been closed."

just tried to do the advertising survey for sh and nothing would load - the circle kept going around and around but the page would never load to a survey. tried refreshing it but nothing happened. got out of it, deleted the cookies and tried again and got another sh about brands, totally completed it and it has already credited. good luck everyone in getting your surveys today.:sunshine:

WTH!? I provided them with all of the survey answers....DETAILED comments...even my contact information....and NOW you're telling me I don't qualify? I'm a die-hard survey taker, but after this, I see why a lot of my friends give up on it.:computer:

where did all the surveys go? i know that mondays r hard days to get surveys as very few r added but today has been exceptionally hard. so far this morning i have tried a ds, sm, ssi, sh and a mv (got up early to get my surveys done). sm has no options and no new surveys available, sh keeps sending me to amp (which i exit out of) and now all it does is re-route back to sr and ssi has no surveys available for me to take (guess i must have taken them all.:rotfl:). on the bright side i was able to get a ds and a mv and both have credited and i am happy about that. guess some days r better survey days than others. maybe i will try again later and hopefully i can get at least 1 more survey today and if i do that would be great and if not that's ok too as i am happy with the 2 surveys i have gotten today. good luck everyone in getting your surveys today.:sunshine:

was in the middle of doing a gtm survey this morning and all of a sudden my computer died - the internet stopped working at about 10:51. for more than 1 1/2 hours (persistant) i refreshed the page and the internet finally came back and i was able to finish the survey at around 12:45. wasn't sure it was going to credit so i got back on my computer at 1:05 and no internet again. it finally just came back and it actually credited. don't think i am going to chance taking any more surveys today and i will just take the 3 i have gotten so far today and say ttfn everybody.

Just did a Survey Head on Electricity with my power company. It went back to Sunshine Rewards, but no credit. I don't think that has ever happened without a message from them. I've been keeping track at home, and I get about 50/50-on credit with Survey's.

just did another sm survey and finished it at 7:22 and it did not credit on the 1st hour. also, tried to do an amp earlier, got booted out of a tv survey so i tried to take another one and amp sent me to the same survey and a page came up from the survey company saying it looks like you have already completed this survey. got out of that and went to try again and got the this is embarrassing page. guess it's just not my day for surveys. oh well, some days are better survey days than others and i am happy that i did get 2 surveys done today and they both credited. if i get any more that will be great, if not, 2 is fine with me.:sunshine:

OMgosh SCard-I thought it was just me. Haven't received SM credit at all for July. I stopped doing SM when the 3rd one didn't credit. Now, if I try that company at all, I do Y02.

Wow, so there are 2 of us! I tried SM for the 1st five days of July and nothing credited. Switched to Y2C and they all accredited then tried SM and again no credit. It's almost like SM doesn't think I am a Super Member, and I am.

Nope mine did not credit. That's 3 surveys that I completed that did not credit and I spent over an hour on them.

Not doing any more surveys at all today; seems like the odds of them crediting are not good.

I think I got this same survey a little while ago and it DID credit normally. Having said that, I have found SH to be quite fickle lately as far as whether or not it would credit. Seems like they might have something happening on their end.

Did you remember to clear cookies from yesterday...GF will credit because it tracks with your user ID but the other surveys use cookies and you have to clear them everyday for the survey to credit...if you don't clear, it thinks you took one already today. HTH Also clear between the two SSI surveys but not before the first one credits.

Yes, clear first thing in the morning and then again between doing the SSI surveys but wait until the first SSI survey credits before clearing. Surveys typically credit on the first hour but every once in a while it does by the second hour if you finished one close to the top of the hour. You should be good to go now! :D

Just finished a GF DS, the survey was about a recent TV purchase and instead of going back to SR it went to a TV brand website. :computer:

After three hours, I went ahead and did another GF daily. I got credit for one survey, so I'm guessing that NASCAR never credited for me.

Anyone else having problems with getting AMP surveys? I keep getting this message:

"We're sorry, but you seem to have reached the maximum number of surveys in our system for the time period. If you have joined several survey programs, you may have taken one of our surveys on another survey program."

I haven't gotten an AMP survey since July 28th. I only do surveys through SR. I won't do AMP surveys if one of the other surveys link to it and I've cleared my cookies. I get this message through both the regular and long ones. :computer:

Tiggerific711-i can totally feel your pain and relate. i have been getting that message on the long amp since the beginning of the month and i haven't taken a long amp since june (did not get any at all in july). i clear cookies every day (more than once a day), run a scan to make sure nothing is hiding anywhere and i still get that message. must be something up with the long amp. i am so sorry u r having problems with amp surveys. keep smiling - it will get better - i promise.:sunshine:

I haven't had any more trouble than usual getting AMP's, but today when I try to take one, it flashes to a blank screen and says "error initializing user"...so something may be up with them.

Just wanted to update that later yesterday, even though I wasn't able to get an AMP, everything was working normally again!

I keep getting the same survey with MV on clothe shopping at various stores. I did it twice yesterday with no credit. The same survey popped up today on MV and I X'd out. I am not doing that one again and not getting a credit.

okay, the light for SSI is green, but every time i try to get a survey, i get an error page with lots of flags on it stating the link is invalid.

all that means is that u might have taken the survey already. whenver i get the "flag" page i use my back button on my browser to try and get another survey and it usually works. HTH.:sunshine:

i started an amp around 12:04 this afternoon, finished it at 1:12 and it did not credit on the 1st hour (which is really weird). keeping my fingers crossed that it credits on the 2nd hour but i don't know if the cookie will still be active. has this ever happened to anyone else who has taken an exceptionally long amp or am i all alone here?:confused: HELP. my amp just credited. woo hoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes! me too. I completed a GF over an hour ago, and was waiting to see if it credited before doing more, and the GF didn't credit at the top of the hour.

Windows updated over night, and I think my settings might be off, because SSi didn't credit either-though SH did.

I opened a new thread for how to fix my settings, but if someone wants to chime in here, please do!

Ugh. Just spent about 10 minutes on a SSI/SSI2 survey about rug cleaning machines/products only to be told once I submitted that I didn't qualify. So if you get this survey be wary.


I just spent about 15 minutes on an SSI 2 and when I submitted it said I did not qualify. I went through all of the videos, etc. It was for chocolate, Deoderant and Cortozone 10.

These credit at about 10 after the hour the hour after you complete them. So if you did it between 3:10 and 4:10 Eastern, it probably won't credit until 5:10 Eastern. I see your credit in there. It just probably hasn't made it around to the next hour yet.

Sounds like you're doing great and doing everything right. Apparently GF is having issues this weekend just like last weekend. No one seems to have gotten credit for any DS or My 2 Cents today. Last weekend we all got our credits for any DS's we took on Monday when the people from GF got back in the office after Tricia contacted them about the issue I believe.

Seems like the same thing is happening again this weekend. In another thread, Tricia said it would still be good to take the DS because chances are VERY good that you will get credits for those after the weekend. M2C are a little dicier she said, so I wouldn't waste any more time on those until this weekend is over.

I also did both the DS and M2C and didn't get credit for either. I'm confident that I'll get credits for the DS, but am going to hold off on the M2C until Monday.

And welcome! Issues like this with the DS are very rare for as long as I've been a member and Tricia is very good about contacting the companies to try and get us the credits :sunshine:

Sorry, this isn't a survey "problem", just didn't want to start a new thread for this. Tricia, I accidentally took a second DS today. I was trying to take my SM, had to close out and wasn't thinking I guess and when I went to try another one I must have clicked on the GF link. Didn't realize it until I completed the survey and it went to the DS congrats screen instead of the SM congrats screen.

I don't think it even credits if you take more than one a day, but if for some reason it does, please adjust my account if you need to. I feel awful and hope it doesn't cause any issues for you. Sorry, sorry, sorry!

That has been my experience with AMP for awhile now. There are 3-4 surveys I have started numerous times only to be told after 5-10 minutes that I don't qualify. When I get one of those, I exit out because I know how it will end.

As far as all the repetitive questions, I get those daily. I guess that is why AMP has a higher payout, but most days I am not willing to spend 30-45 minutes trying to get into a survey I don't have the patience or would rather spend time with family.

Got to the same spot in the survey and the same thing happened. I have been unable to get SM surveys to credit since July 1 and have been taking Y2C instead. just tried to do a sh and the first time i tried i got a page that said that there was no server available. went in, deleted the cookies and tried again and it said connecting but nothing loaded. went in again and deleted the cookies and then got this message:

guess it's just not my day for surveys. was more than halfway thru an ssi2 on casual dining restaurants and the page would not load. it just sat there. refreshed the page and nothing happened. went in, deleted the cookies and tried again and now they do not have any more surveys for me to take. then i tried a mv and after answering pages and pages of qualifying questions i get into a survey and when i put in my sex i got told i did not qualify for the survey and now they also have no other surveys for me to take. maybe i just need to get off my computer for a while today and take a breather from surveys. what do u think everybody?:sunshine:

tjrj1988-i totally feel your pain. i too have tried all 9 surveys today and so far i have gotten a ds and a sm. i've started about 4 global test market surveys and i either do not qualify or their surveys are full. same thing with sh, mv, and the 2 ssi's. both amps have nothing and samplicio keeps telling me that i don't qualify for any of their surveys. think i might just take a break from surveys today due to all the red and yellow stoplights and start fresh again tomorrow. i am happy with the 2 i have gotten so far today. don't give up. keep smiling - it will get better - i promise.:sunshine:

I tend to get Global test market survey's when I don't get all the regulars. I know they are not tied together, but it always seems like I get this one, when I don't get any other ones.

It's the weekend and getting towards the end of the month, so it's always harder to get surveys now. All the survey companies will add more surveys when they have them. Their goal too, is to get as many completed surveys as possible, so hang in there everyone and try not to get frustrated. :sunshine:

Marcy, if you are stressing out over $4 a day on surveys is sounds like you should take a break.

i got the same message when i tried to do an AMP and the long AMP, and i haven't done either of the AMP surveys in 2-3 weeks, so i can only assume there's a glitch somewhere.

Been having sporadice issues with completing surveys and after the "classification" questions at the end being told that I don't qualify. the lastest was a SH survey on movies (didn't remember to write the survey number), that DD took. She spend 20 minutes on the survey only to be told at the end she didn't qualify.

I wonder why this seems to be happening so often. I get not qualifying up front, but after the survey is done and the "classificaiton" questions at the end are answered -- the same way as at the beginning.

I figure there isn't much that can be done, so I'm just kind of saying.

Yep. I got that one. I doubt it will credit. I've taken 4 daily surveys and the new weekly survey today any only two have credited. Plus I got gypped out of another My $0.02 survey after completing everything. We'll see tonight.

Make sure you are cleaning cookies, I clean after each survey credit. I use the cleaner all the time not just am and pm. I honestly can say I do not have a crediting issues, unless it is the survey problem. I have gotten at the end we are having technical diffulties, and not credit then.

Unfortunately, I don't think there's much of anything SR or the mods can do. It's frustrating and if you read a few pages, you will see you're not alone. Hang in there, but it's the end of the month and this is usually when surveys tend to dry up. It sounds like this is making you upset enough that it might be time for a short break.

this is just an fyi. there is an ssi survey about wine that after you get to the final answer, there is no submit button only a close button. i spent almost an hour on this survey this morning and found no submit button and of course it did not credit. on the bright side i was able to get another ssi survey, totally completed it, got the star page and it credited. just thought i would give everyone the heads up about this one particular survey. good luck everyone in getting your surveys today.:sunshine:

Waiting on an SSI to credit. I took a survey on alcoholic drinks. I don't think an SSI has ever credited for me and I have done several over the past month. It was the only green light one today though. I have the best luck with Greenfiled, My View and 2 Cents crediting so I stick with them. The others it is a 1 in 10 chance they ever credit:(

something weird just happened...DH did an AMP for a shaving panel, and was told his quota group was full, but it still gave the "thank you, you have successfully completed this survey" page at the end! i hope it credits at the top of the hour! *fingers crossed*
