Just got a strange SM survey. It took me to a site to sign up for a boardroom panel, I did, took their survey but nothing ever indicated I would get SM credit :(
So be advised, if they take you to sign up for a new site it most likely won't credit

First time in a long time I haven't gotten a DS, which translates into no supermember twocents either. I din't qualify for anything this morning, now it says server too busy On the bright side, all 3 weekend surveys have credited for me.

Ok, so I was able to do a daily survey. Then I tried for my super member survey. Got one from Cross-Tabs Marketing ( I think that' s it anyway) about location sharing technology. you get the nice white thank you page that doesn't direct back to MyTwoCents.

I've tried taken 3 different DS today and none of them routed me back to SR, the last giving me a server error. :computer: I think they are having some problems because I just tried for another one and it is giving me an error page again. I think I'll wait a few hours and try again later. Haven't had trouble in a long time but today the surveys are giving me a hard time. :rolleyes:

Pam-i totally feel your pain. i did a sh earlier today and i kept getting server errors or the pages would not load. it took me almost 40 minutes this afternoon to get thru a 20 minute survey from sh as i had to keep refreshing the page to move on to the next page. bright side is the survey actually credited. it will get better, i promise. keep smiling and have a great evening.:sunshine:

As long as you're not using another SR member's IP address while you're travelling, you should be ok doing surveys on the road. For example, if you and your mom are both SR members, you couldn't do surveys by her. If you're at say, a hotel, I think you're fine.

Yes, the same thing happened to me just now....it's wasn't fast food but I spent at least 25 minutes on it, it routed me back to the SR page but it didn't credit automatically like it always does...first time that ever happened? Darn! :computer:

It won't credit, so you can try for another one. I don't think there is any rhyme or reason to when this happens either. It feels like I'm gambling taking one nowadays.

My daughter and I had the same thing happen to us. I went ahead and did another one because for me, if they dont make it back to the congrats page they dont credit. I guess I will see what happens when DS credits tomorrow.

I thought the same thing too, but I just finished a survey with them and it even went to the thank you for doing the survey we know your time is valuable page (it's white now rather than yellow) but no credit :(

Really frustrating day for surveys today. I've done an Amp that quit at what appeared to be the end andboth a Survey Head and a My View that didn't credit. Also had a Brain Juicer that got an unexpected error fairly early in the survey. I've spent a lot of time doing surveys today and all I have to show for it is (I hope) a Greenfield that will credit Monday.

Well, tarheel-misery loves company. Your day sounds like mine-except that in addition to the brain juicer, I got a movie survey from GF that had an error message and refused to go anywhere.

Took two SH that didn't credit-and a M02 that didn't credit either:confused:

Got credit for MTC and MV and that's it.

Off to drown my sorrows with a glass of wine and some pizza. :)

Tomorrow is another day for both of us-hope it's better survey-wise than this one!

Spent 15 mins on a SM Y2C survey, completed it, clicked and end up with an error about a cache error. Nothing has changed on my computer since I did their survey yesterday and I am using the same browser.

Yes it did. I have had the same thing happen a couple of times with DS. when I refresh it does complete and I have been getting credit. Today the first 2 times I hit refresh nothing happened. Just tried again and get "sorry you don't qualify" :mad:

That happened to me each time. I just refreshed the page and it would load right away. Eventually I DQ'ed out of everything anyway, but I was able to get to actual surveys.

Completed a DS about snack sized packets of cashews, click and get "sorry you don't qualify". I was psyched that I got DS and completed then then that message. :cry: and now there are no DS. I understand there are usually not many opportunities on the Holiday weekends but it's frustrating when I do get into a survey, thoughtfully answer the questions and get nothing for my efforts.

Haven't been able to even GET into a single SSI for the last 48 hours.

Scard-i totally feel your pain and can relate. i did a sm survey earlier about cars and what i want on my next car, spent almost 30 minutes on it and when i went to submit it i got the you don't qualify page. on the bright side i was able to get another sm survey right after that, completed it and it credited. keep smiling - it will get better, i promise.:sunshine:i took an amp this morning, completed it at around 6:50 and it did not credit at 7:05 or 8:05 and it took me 45 minutes to do. oh well, you win some you lose some. i did however manage to get a ds, sm and a mv. ssi and sh have nothing right now so i guess i can try those later. i just finished a sh and it credited. that makes 4 for today and i am totally happy with that.

I sem to recall a while back Tricia said that if you don't qualify, the survey companies don't get your answers. I'm not sure if that's any consolation, but they're not getting your answers and not paying you.

All I can say is since this is getting to the point where it's happening so often is to try going slower, double check that you didn't miss a quality control question, and that kind of thing. I'm sorry it's happening so often and I do know how frustrating it can be.

I don't think anybody necessarily knows for sure where the qualifying point is. It varies with each survey. If they ask the demographics at the end, it could be that they just aren't looking for your demos right now.

I agree, it's very frustrating at times, but my point is still that the survey companies do not get your answers if you get the screen that says you don't qualify. That is not the same as thinking you do qualify because you spent X amount of time on a survey and still get the you don't qualify screen. It happens. It's frustrating. Unfortunately, I don't think there's a whole lot you can do to change that, other than take a break for a while and try again later. I'm sorry I can't give you better advice here, but you're not the only one this happens to.

to be honest any time I see a food or drink one on my2cents I always x out of it. I have taken so many of them with no credit and it is very frusterating to spend my time on them to get that result. I feel your pain as well :)

Last night I finally got into just my 2nd SSI since Friday morning. Completed and get, "sorry you don't qualify but we have more surveys for you". There were NO more surveys.

This morning I complete a DS, told I don't qualify and now there are no more.

It very frustrating when there are so few surveys available, you try multiple times, finally get into one, complete it and end up with nothing.

I know this is happening to others too. Might be time to take a break until after New Years.

Just started taking a survey about a mobile browser and was told I qualified after the demographics. After 15 minutes of answering repetitive questions about the mobile browser I use in different circumstances, I was sent to the do not qualify page. :computer: This is the second survey this week on the same mobile browser that has done this (the other one was 30 minutes into it), so watch out if you don't use the browser they want you to use. :mad:

there has got to be something that is blocking this credit but I have no idea what to tell you, did you make sure that you cleared cookies before taking it, that's the only thing I can think of or maybe you cleared cookies before it had a chance to credit? I have a problem with my zip code. It begins with a "0", so it reads 0****. I sometimes get disqualified because the surveys think that I have only entered 4 digits. I don't really mind when I get booted out in the beginning, but recently it's been more frequent and at the end of surveys. Just a heads up-SSI has a broken loop or something.

It's a political survey-general politics asking about mailings from a Congressman. Says it will take 10 minutes. Well after 15 minutes of evaluating the same 2 pieces of fake mail, I finally clicked the "quit" button rather than the "forward" button.

So, beware if you get that one-it asks the same four questions, going from 8 thru 12 and then back to 8-it never goes anywhere else.

Now, of course they have nothing for me-but hopefully I'll spare someone else some time!

Judi, are you maybe doing Greenfirld surveys on another source too? GF also runs YTC and will only allow you to be paid for two survey completions a day. Maybe give it another hour before clearing cookies?

Marcy - yes, I waited until 25 after for both of them before I cleared the cookies. I've tried the complete cleaning as well.

mmm - I'm not a member of any other survey site and don't do them anywhere but here. I got a DS yesterday and it credited and got a DS today as well. The first one I did through the SM link. Since it didn't credit I tried the second one through the regular link with no luck. I got both of them yesterday without any problems.

I just did a SH with no problems at all - credited right away.

Try waiting 2-3 hours next time before you give up. Sometimes it credits on the second hour. I'm wondering if for some reason the credits are delayed and you deleted the cookies too soon. I also leave the end page open in a different tab till it times out....may not help, but it doesn't hurt anything.

yes, BUT then you can not take a MV. and if you had alreay taken a MV that day and SH routed you to MV, you possibly will not get credit from SH. YOu are only allowed to take 1 survey per company per day, doesn't matter if it's from that specific survey company, or routed from a different one.

i totally feel your pain and can relate. for the last 2 weeks it seems to be getting a bit harder to get a survey thru ssi. what i do is try for a little while and if i don't get one i try for another survey and go back to ssi later in the day. that seems to be working better for me lately as they don't have lots of surveys early in the morning. why not try that and see if that works for you. Then just now I got into another survey, did it in over 20 minutes, then instead of the stars page got the you don't qualify page. Now nothing available again. Just frustrated and wondering if others having any issues also.

See, THIS is why I like to come to this thread. Most of the time when I have issues with a survey, someone else will report just the same problem.

I too was very excited to actually be able to complete a survey thru SSi2-took my time, answered thoughtfully, yada, yada-then instead of the ievaluation page-I got that exact same flag page. :computer:

what's really quite strange is that after i got the message, i went in deleted all the cookies and tried again and even b4 i got into another survey the same message came up again.:confused: after waiting a little while i tried again for an ssi survey and i got one, completed it, got the star page and it just credited. guess patience and persistence definitely pays off in the end.

Completed a 15 min DS this morning about pre paid credit cards for teens and got this at the end after the survey thanked me for my completion:

Your answers have been received and this survey is now completed.

Several people have reported no credit on that survey. I have gotten it twice, but exit out of it. Today so far no luck on a daily. I was doing one with my daughter as she ate, but it just ended after viewing all the movie clips--so bad days' start for me too. Think I'll go exercise and resume surveys later.

Has anyone gotten a MV today? I've tried all morning and each time it routes me to a survey, it comes up with an error page. so i exit out and get another one, different survey, and again same error page.

SH and SSI aren't giving me anything. Got DS/AMP/SM already.

i got one about an hour ago and did not have any problems with it as it credited in less than 10 minutes. so sorry u r having problems with mv. whenever i have problems with surveys i get off my computer for a while, take a deep breath and then try again later. it seems to work for me. I got a MV today(and M02 and DS) but none of the others have anythng for me even though I tried multiple times.

Re-SSi-got that very same flag page yesterday on SSi2 and today nothing for me.

Frustrating but there's nothing I can do if they don't have anything for me.

I took a few days off again, which is dumb, because I want to cash out soon, but I get frustrated when I am 5 minutes into a survey, answering a ton of prequestions. When the survey finally goes to the actually survey, I get this message, "Sorry, this survey is full or has met it's limit."

I shouldn't gripe, because I usually get survey's, but did you ever get kicked off a survey, when you didn't like a new product? That just happened. I'm telling the truth, and it makes me wonder if they don't want any bad reviews of a new product that a company wants to manufacture.

where did all the surveys go? today i have tried to do 4 and i have managed to get 2 - my ds and sm and i am happy about that. ssi has nothing and amp just keeps cycling thru and asking me the same questions over and over again and then tells me thanks for trying. i'm not complaining or griping here but i was just wondering if anyone else is having these same problems.:confused:

I haven't gotten a single survey since 1/13. On that day I was able to get a SH and that was it. Only 22 surveys for the month so far, very disappointing:(

I did a pretty long My Two Cents that didn't credit. Started with a lengthy clip from a popular TV show, then went to commercials. Questions were about one of the commercials which was for a chocolate company. Got a white "thank you" page and no commercials.

Surveys have been few and far between for me for a couple weeks now. I think had four total over the weekend with a lot of time trying.

I agree it has been harder lately. This am I tried my DS, then at the end technical difficulties instead of congrats page. Did another. Then tried the super member two cents and it was the same one mentioned above me. I didn't get credit either and it went to the congrats page. I got a DS and SH so far.....tried about a million MV before finally giving up. nothing for AMP. I can't get the SM survey page to load....just keeps going and going and going.

The SM survey page is having trouble loading for me. I took the DS earlier. I didn't have time to take the SM survey. Now, the page will not load and then times out. Hopefully, the server problem will be fixed shortly. Iwas lucky to get MV, SSI, SSI2, SH in addition to the DS from this morning.

Survey's have been much harder to get for me as well. I feel fortunate to be getting at least 5 a day. It just takes MUCH longer. I can't seem to take AMP/MTC until after 8:00PM daily as they seem to be on a strict 24 hour cycle.

Spent almost 15 min on an SM survey about computers, smartphones and soda only to get "sorry you don't qualify". Next 2 I got into were 34 mins and 30-35 mins long; don't think I want to spend that much time on a survey when there is a good chance I will end up as not qualifying. :cry:

No SSI this AM, have not gotten into one of theirs since Friday.

Hoping that things pick up now that the 3 day holiday weekend is over.

i spent 45 minutes going thru every single survey company and NOTHING!! SSI, AMP and SH are automatically telling me nothing, MV spents 20 minutes routing me thru surveys that are closed, don't work, invalid links or I don't qualify for. UGH this is worse than last year for sure!

On the whole, survey numbers are not down for the month. They started slow and then REALLY spiked last week. By the end of the week we were seeing great numbers. It does look like they fell off again over the weekend and just started coming back up late yesterday. Hopefully we will see our usual Tuesday increase that ramps up through the week and doesn't drop off quite as much again.

We also have a one time survey opportunity coming up this week that everyone should qualify for that I think is going to pay about $1.25 for just double opting into it. So keep your eyes open for that! I just have to sign the contract with them to finalize it.

I just tried to get the survey head daily survery to come up and it keeps taking me to a regular SR page that says welcome. I didn't get one survey yesterday and today is not looking much better either :(

I just did a DS keynote eval that I completed successfully but then credited back to the Toluna page rather than SR. Dang! I'm not holding out hope that it will credit.

I also got that one and i'm at work too so couldn't install it. I usually like those they are interesting when i get them at home. I also go the soda/smartphones/computer survey. Thought i was finished finally after 40 minutes and all I got was a sorry you do not qualify also.
