I was finally able to get a survey in!:cooldance: My parents are visiting and I had my dad put in his info and he took a survey on cholesterol medications. I was pretty excited! I have been trying all weekend long to get into a survey with no luck. I am glad that my dad was here!:)

I have not been credited yet for the last few surveys I took in June. But I am patient.:)

I've not had a survey since Thursday. I've tried everyone in the family's email addresses and demographics. I've tried home and work computers. I have ages 13-56, including four males. I used to do them easily -- just can't figure out what's going on now!

Even if the survey companies get paid for us to take surveys, me still thinks that they are tracking us/blocking us. I don't know why.....it just seems like too much of a coincidence that there are so many of us getting the NO SURVEY message. And then when we enter a different email address, suddenly there are surveys to be taken!

Even this morning, fresh week, fresh month, I still got the NO SURVEY message using my usual email address.

I am not usually a "conspiracy theory" type person, but sheesh!

I think they just released a new batch of surveys. I was getting the no survey message all morning and suddenly I was able to go through a few I had never seen before and got accepted for one about jeans and casual clothes that I could finish. These were definitely not available over the weekend. If you guys haven't tried in the last hour or so keep trying because there are some new surveys out there. HTH!:sunshine2:

I agree with this If I remember correctly too, the people who run the surveys are on the West Coast. Please correct me if I am wrong, so that would explain why No survey until about 45 minutes ago.

I dunno about that - I just tried with my two email addresses and had no luck. I think the previous poster is right - I think they block us if they think we've taken too many surveys - which means it's impossible for anyone who competed in the survey contest last month to qualify now - grrrr! :(

I tend to agree with you. I can't think of any reason why by just changing your e-mail address there are suddenly surveys available. It has to be because they are blocking e-mails. Maybe not the survey company themselves, possibly the companies they are surveying for.

I agree. I think in the past 2 months, I have only had one weekend where I qualified for Fri, Sat and Sun surveys. Usually I can get Friday, sometimes Saturday. I almost never qualify for a Sunday survey.

I've never been able to get to the end of a survey, I will spend 10 minutes sometimes and than it will say sorry you don't apply for this survey. I try 4 times a day and the same thing always happens. I'm getting frustrated

I'm one who will sit there for quite a bit of time, just going back and forth, trying to get into a survey, and after awhile of NO surveys for me, suddenly there will be a rush of them (not that I qualify for all of them), and then it will dry up.

I'm starting to think that the email switch is a coincidence, and of course there is NO way for anyone to prove it either way, b/c it could just be at that moment, another survey was loaded or appeared or whatever they do. :)

I just tried to do a survey with my SR e-mail. "No surveys available". Changed my e-mail address and went through 4 then qualified for the 5th. I did these consecutively so it seems to be to be a bit more than a coincidence though I can't prove it.:)

Me too! I took my laptop to Boston when I heard we were in a hotel specifically so I could make my 25, and then I saw this afternoon that it was stalled at 24...and I KNOW I got the "congratulations" page after my 25th one on Friday night! Because we danced. All around the room. And I don't even drink. ;)

I think Tricia heard back from her contact, b/c I just got credited for my (last) survey from 2/29, and now June has been updated from 19 to 20 surveys. Thought I'd share the good news, since I figure it applies to many of you, too! :sunshine:

I finally qualified for the extra dollar for completing 10 surveys in June (I know, small potatoes!), but I didn't get credited for the 10th survey, so no extra dollar!

Maybe it is your computer. I know I get that once in awhile, but I do eventually get in. Maybe you are doing it at peak hrs too, that could be why. It can be frustrating but usually a simple fix.

Woo Hoo!!! I just got a survey!!!!! :cooldance: First one in almost two weeks!!!! I did try a different email address and also lowered our net income (we're right on the edge between two categories) I don't' know if that helped or not.

It was for eye drops BTW...pretty short and easy!

I don't think it's my computer because I did not start having this problem until the end of June. I also had my DD try to access the surveys from her laptop at school and she kept getting the same "No Surveys" when she input our info. As for the peak hours, I'm usually trying to get around one or two in the morning(EST) sometimes as late as 4:30 AM but still no luck.

When the survey credits post they tell you the date they were taken not the date they were credited. You should be able to look at your account balance and see which dates you got credit for already.

See that is what i thought Janet but I've had times where its shown the same dates for 2 surveys or different dates than when I took them so there is just no telling. I just try to match them on my spreadsheet but it doesn't always work.

Man! I just took a doozy of a survey. It took 50 minutes to do. I had to watch an entire episode of "How I Met Your Mother", including commercials. It wasn't bad, but they could have warned a person that they would have to sit through an entire episode before answering any questions. Of course, most of the questions related to the commercials and not the show. Oh, and it was a dreaded Nielsen survey. But I didn't get the penquin this time.

The first time it let him return, so he did the survey all over again, but had the same problem!!!! Now it won't let me go back to get the page no. so I could copy it and send it on this email. It was about Discovery channel/TV watching.

My husband is so irritated with me that he did it twice and I doubt I'll get credit for it because when we try to take another survey it does not show we exceeded our limit for the day, only that there are no surveys!!!!!
The last month plus has been brutal with the surveys, there was never a problem before!

Anyway, I just had to vent. I was so happy that we got in one, now I'm so frustrated that it was done twice and doesn't even count once!

Mine says I've exceeded the daily limit. My son took a survey last night but it was before midnight.

its a 24 hour time period not a calendar day. It would be great if it were a calendar day but no go with the survey company.

Weluvdisny - if you finished it before midnight then you have to wait until then to do one again. Otherwise it won't count.

I finally got one today about credit cards. It was not easy to get and it took me nearly all day to finally qualify for one. I am at 4 out of 5 for the month so far and am hoping to have good luck with getting in the surveys the rest of the month.

I just fought my way through a survey on Dunkin Donuts and coffee/bakery shops. It froze up on me and gave me the error message 6 times during the survey!! :computer:

I had to keep hitting the back button and refreshing to get it to work. It finally went all of the way through though and brought me back to the SR page. WHEW!!! :)

Has it been 24 hours or more? If you did it late yesterday afternoon or night you won't be eligible yet. It has to be 24 hours.

Yes, you can do one daily, but there's supposed to be a 24-hour break between surveys. I would just try later.

Surveys are a funny thing (well, that is debatable, I guess). There have been times when I KNOW that 24 hours hasn't passed and I get in quite easily and then there are those other times....:computer:

They were also happy with a 35 year old Asian male. :)

We've only gotten TWO surveys this month (and last night's was late enough Pacific time that it counts for TODAY). I check all day long...the FEW either of us has qualified for at the beginning, we are disqualified quickly...only two have allowed one of us to go all the way through. :(

But, after attempting to get a survey from 7:00 - 11:00 last night and 9:00 until 2:00 today, and now this....:computer:

I finished it about 2:05 EST. It did not return me to the SR page. Do I get credit or no? Any idea? Should I try another survey?

First of all we don't really have control over whether or not the surveys credit. I would go back and attempt to do another one. If you get the message that you have exceeded your daily limit then stop right there because it means that your last one was recorded. If you dont get that message I would continue to try for another one. We wont know until numbers post on Monday whether they accepted your survey as completed.
Second your time is off because you probably need to change the time zone on your usercp to your time zone instead of EST. Try that and see if it helps. :sunshine2:

fanofree, I've heard over and over that that gongos car survey just doesn't credit. :( if it were an offer, I have to imagine that Tricia would have taken it off by now...I guess greenfield doesn't have that capability though...

If it was the auto one... probably not...
try to take another survey... if it says something about doing the maximum allowed amount (can't remember the exact wording) then you will credit... if it lets you do another survey or says no surveys available... then it won't credit.

I don't know what I am doing wrong. The last one I did was 7/5. The time before that was 6/27. I have changed the e-mail and tried it under everyone in the house and still nothing. I won't even get the 10 for the month at this rate. I had been doing so well in May and then June was ok. I only managed to get 15, but was happy with that.

I just got a survey but it the process was really different than before. A new/different qualifying questionaire and I kept getting sent to new subjects. At one point, it said I had qualified for one on chewing gum then the next question was about wine. All I know is that I got the congrats screen so I won't complain. I'm at 4 so far. I had two days where I couldn't check as I was out of town and the other days I didn't qualify for anything, nor did DH. Not worrying about the bonus anymore, just trying to keep qualifying for surveys.

Faithhope - I got the same one and the same thing happened. It let me take another survey, so I really don't think the credit is going to go through. So annoying! I would definitely try to see if you can take another one - if you can, then that bookstore one probably won't credit. Good luck!

Well...I just got one but it took me by surprise. It started out being one about gum and I chose to take it by having the avatar talk to me. I answered a few questions about gum and then all of sudden the talking avatar was gone and I was taking a survey on MENOPAUSE!!!! They even wanted to conduct a phone interview later after I finished the online one and would pay me $25. I told them no because I do not have Drs appt until next week and have no idea what will be decided about if I am in pre menopause or not.

This is after going through various sites and being redirected numerous times. I think I am one of the rare ones that had an easier time qualifying before this new way of doing the surveys.

I think the changes that were made were done by Greenfield, not SunshineGuy. I think these are the changes that Greenfield was going to do that Tricia was talking about a few weeks ago. I have done surveys on another GPT site, and they look exactly like SR's now does.

I think the birthday helps determine how old you are. The entering of your age/birthday on the demographics page and then in the survey isn't really anything new. well i feel like they are shopping, but I suppose they feel they are offers. :) NY Times and netflix (which I feel should be retroactive to when I ordered, but it showed up the day after the 2 weeks trial ended and we were charged)...so I suppose they are offers and the wording confused me!

Augh. And if they changed today I could be number 2 on the Big Board for a day or so, too! :)

Also, to whom is the birthday reported? If all that info were given to the survey company they wouldn't have to continue to ask the demographics questions...so does it go there at all? And WHY must it be there?

Those are definitely offers since you had to click on the offers section to do them. Its only shopping if you go through the shopping section links. Unfortunately everything has to be counted on the day the credit posts. This helps keep things from getting all screwey in the case of countests. Can you imagine if someone won 1st place and 5 days after they received their winnings another member had credits come in retroactive that made them #1? Wow what a mess. It will be interesting to see what happens this month because none of the offers over 3.00 will credit for anyone within this month. Everyone is in the same boat. Credits from June have already been released and those from July are held for everyone. August 15th should see a huge jump for everyone who does larger offers.

ACTUALLY the Kmart Survey was AWFUL. I did the whole survey and then they asked the questions at the end about yourself ( I was actually thinking that after 15 trys I was going to get one to credit) and then it said sorry!!

I had such a different experience - it was fairly short and I got credit at the end. I'm sorry you didn't have the same. How frustrating that is :(

Wow! I just came over here to post about my frustration with the whole survey thing this last couple of days when I found this thread. At least I'm not alone!! I finished a survey yesterday, but it never sent me back to SR, it just ended with the "Thank you for completing this survey". And today no credit. Today, I got into a survey about my shopping habits, reg. and organic products, I went through about 10 pages of questions. The last page thanked me and said "click on button to send your survey", when I clicked on it I got another survey.:computer: This survey was the darn Kmart one. Watched the commercial answered the questions, another 6 or so pages and then I get the "Sorry, you suck" page.....these darn surveys make me want to drink....heavily!!!

Noone has received credits for yesterdays surveys yet today so dont give up hope on the one you did yesterday. I would expect it sometime tonight or tomorrow since things are running behind because of the Summit. The credits for yesterday weren't up when Tricia uploaded the weekend numbers this morning. HTH!

Arghh...I got the same reg/organic products. I filled out 10 or so pages and got the boot. I ended up with an investing survey that wasn't too bad. There's definitely some issues with Greenfield's new survey process. I can't complain that I'm not getting surveys anymore...now I'm getting stuck in the perpetual "I agree" to answer honestly/keep the confidentiality screening questions. :(

Based on the latest update from Sunshine Girl I'm thinking survey credits will be showing up either late tonight or tomorrow since she's been stranded over night in Atlanta with little to no sleep.

I am so happy! I got to take a survey on the very first try this morning and it even took me back to the Congratulations page for SR so I know I will get credit for it. It was on Tropicana Sugar-Free juice. It was not too bad. I am now 8 out of 11 for the month so I'm happy.

ETA: Okay, I didn't see m n c's post above mine. So yeah, that is what I was assuming about the credits for Monday and Tuesday. I'm just happy I got surveys on those days at all! ;)

Congrats. I hope I can get in so fast...I'm about to go try...I have a horrible time at remembering what time I did the survey the previous day...wish there was a way to save that on Sunshine's website so we'd know for sure...days and times start running together in my mind. :sunshine2:

I did one this morning (Crest white strips -- quick and easy), and it had only been 20-22 hours. I think sometimes it's just the luck of the draw. Interestingly, it was one of the dreaded penguin surveys, but it worked fine and brought me back to Sunshine.

I hope this gets surveys back into my morning routine. I'm the first one up at my house. I go downstairs, put on a pot of coffee, then go do the scratch off, look for any paid clicks and do the survey. This worked almost every a.m. until the last month of so.
