Watch out for an SSI that asks you to download something for 3 months. It made me close the browser to install and I never got the star page or credit. I uninstalled it after that.

this is just an fyi. there is an entertainment survey thru toluna (either a ds or sm) about watching and renting tv shows and when u finish the whole thing instead of getting the congrats after spending almost an hour on it you get a plain white generic thank u page. just thought i would give everyone the heads up about this survey.

Ugg and hour? I like it when they ask how you liked their survey's and anything longer than 30 minutes, I tell them is 'way to long'.

Yesterday was the worse survey day ever. I had a SSI, SSI2 and Samplicious that never credited. My DH completed a DS and after he put in the verification code, it went to a generic white page that said "Terminated". Finally, SH has not been working at all for me the last three days. I cannot progress beyond the word verification page and when I do, I get a white page that says "Bad Request". I have had a few crediting problems before but nothing like yesterday.

Edited to say: Nothing is crediting again tonight. Took SSI, SSI2 and two Samplicious surveys and none of them have credited. Still can't get SH to work. I am getting the completion pages but no credits. The only surveys working for me are the DS and MV (which has no surveys available). I have never had problems with these surveys before and I am using the same browser as I have in the past.

Are you clearing cookies each day, Kayjo? You said you tried both SSI and SSI2....you MUST wait until the first one credits, clear cookies, and then do the second. It also helps to leave some time in between those two and try a different survey during that time. If that's not it, I'm not sure.

Also, on SH, after you type in the verification code, are you hitting enter or manually clicking next? I can never make it past that code if I hit enter, so I've learned that I have to click next.

mmm611, I am manually clicking the next button and nothing happens. It just stays on that page. Sometimes it will progress but I get that "Bad Request" page.
As for SSI and SSI2, I usually only do SSI. If the SSI, does not credit, then sometime later in the day I will try SSI2. DH does the SSI survey and I will do the SSI2 so it's not a problem because of the same person trying the two surveys. I rarely have had an SSI survey not credit in the past. I am using the same computer and browser as I always have.

Do both you and DH use the same computer or different ones to try for the two SSI surveys? I think the second won't credit at all if cookies aren't cleared in between the two if both are done on the same machine. You didn't say if you were clearing cookies or not, so I still wonder if that could be part of it.

mmm611...I switched browsers tonight from Firefox to Safari and everything is working much better. The SSI survey my DH took credited and I am now able to access SH without getting the "Bad Request" page.
I can only assume that something is going on with my Firefox browser since the problems are not occurring in Safari.

I had absolutely no problem with getting a MV right off the bat with my first try...must have been your browser that was giving you trouble earlier, you always seem to get them eventually though! ;)

iluvamystery-i think i figured out your problem with your ds not crediting. according to the gf page it says u can only complete 1 survey in a 24 hour period. if u completed 1 earlier in the day and it credited and u try to do another and complete it prior to midnight that same day it thinks u r trying to complete 2 in 1 day so it won't credit. i have had that happen to me a couple of times in the past so i think that might b the problem. try starting the survey a little later and make sure u finish after midnight so it credits that day. does that make sense? I have been having trouble for three days in a row now, with Samplicious, ssi2, and give2cents surveys not crediting at all. It is getting really frustrating as I go through the whole survey and get the thanks, but never get the credit.

Several times every month SSI does not credit for me on the first hour but does on the second hour. It happens often enough that I just wait and almost always get the credit.

Maybe it will credit for you.

just a heads-up for everyone....SH seems to be having server issues. i can't get a survey because i keep getting a server error and it won't let me in.

already crapped out on the DS and the AMP. maybe i'll try back this afternoon. almost everything is a red light this morning.

ETA: tried again for the DS, AMP and SH after 7:00pm. crapped out on all of them, but managed to get an SSI. oh well, tomorrow is a new day.

O my goodness-ok, survey gods, I take back all those nasty things I was saying and thinking....that MTC credited on the third hour-after I had already cleared cookies, so something was definitely up.

I finished a long AMP this afternoon about shopping for women's handbags. It got to the end and thanked me then went to an Ipos page. I even used the page back button to check what happened and got a message "you have already completed this survey" .......no credit either GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Since my MTC didn't credit earlier, I went back and tried again. I couldn't get into the short, prob since I had done one earlier. I did get into the handbag long one though and it directed back to the normal thank you page, not the ipsos, so we'll see if I get credit for that. Everything seems to be working better tonight versus this afternoon. Still can't get a daily!! It's been since Dec 26th!!

Twice now, SH has gone into a Survey Board where you have to click on choices like the DS. I've gotten burned twice and will quit next time I see it happen. I get the end of the survey, but then reroutes and says, "you didn't qualify."

Feel exactly the same way. Got burned twice last week. Yet when surveys are slow(like they have been for me all month)-I try at least once a day. Guess I keep hoping for that 1 time out of 10....

It is kind of confusing. Even when I think I have completed one I am never sure until it credits. I am going to pay closer attention to what it says the next time I complete one.

The GF was the magazine one-which I completed(and got credit for ) yesterday but this one had totally different pix and questions so that wasn't the issue.

I don't even remember what the SSi2 was about-but I know I used ccleaner before heading to work this morning.

I completed DS/SM/SSI2 before 7PM and mine have not credited either. Maybe there is some issue and they will credit at 8.

Every once in awhile the creditor can't run on the hour. I do see some credits in here for each of you (I think!). So I would give it another hour or two just in case something was down when the creditor tried to run.
